Insurance for home told me it had to be replaced as it was put in 16 years ago. It is a rental so no cost for changing it but I pay approx. $45. q month for rental

Swimming pool mechanisms turned off and would not go back on. Was it the on/off switch or as pool company said the need for a new filter @ $1,300 approx. installed. Jon electrician from this above company determined there was a crack in front of on/off box which allowed water in and tripped the circuit breaker. Jon changed the front of this box and pool systems are all working. This company saved me $1,300 and my pool company of 50 years diagnosed incorrectly by email -never in person. I would highly recommend Jon and this company: very competent, ethical and caring that he got it done correctly.

Service technician for rental hot water heater checked out the appliance and noted a couple of problem areas with the furnace which is 8 years old. I ended up taking out a service contract for the furnace/air conditioner based on the expertise and excellence of this knowledgeable employee. I am confident that this company can do an excellent job. I had a company in 2009 that while installing a new furnace, hit the exhaust pipe for the water heater. Forty eight hours later my carbon monoxide detector went off because of this pipe having come apart. It turns out the hot water heater installer did not glue the pipes together two years earlier. If I did not have the detector, I would have been dead or very seriously injured. So, given this experience with two energy company technicians, I am very fussy who I let near my gas-burning appliances.

I wrote the review below this morning. It is now 11 hours since I contacted Metro Snow and Ice Management. They did everyone on the street around 1:30 this afternoon except me. So, am I being punished for putting in a complaint to Homestars?? Appleseed changed name to Metro Snow and Ice Management around December 2016. It seems same owner merged 2 companies. I have used since 2000. Excellent until merger. Beyond awful since. City snow plow came at 5 a.m. this morning. It is now 10:05, 5 hours after and no sign of them. I emailed them at 5:05 a.m. to say city plow came and I had to get out to medical appointment. Missed that appt. Did they take on too many new customers? I do not know and frankly just want service I paid for. Atrocious service in Briargreen this year. Owner can hopefully explain why he destroyed a fabulous business.
