I could not be more pleased with the service I received from the locksmith from Protection Plus. John arrived on time, assessed the situation, advised me of the estimated cost, and performed the necessary installation and servicing required within a very reasonable time. He also educated me on the best way to secure my home with the equipment I have. And now everything is working smoothly and flawlessly.

We had a number of plumbing issues and also needed the removal of an old bathroom faucet and the installation of a new one. We decided to call upon Bosco Home Services as they are now part of AtlasCare, whom we use and trust. Bosco proceeded to send us a fine young plumbing professional by the name of Patrick. He arrived on time and proceeded to meticulously and comprehensively review what had to be done. He then produced an estimate as to the costing of the work required. It was reasonable and we agreed that he should proceed with the work. His work ethic was notable as we observed that he was very organized and an excellent diagnostician. Patrick is the consummate professional - knowledgeable, meticulous, efficient, friendly, empathetic, and respectful. He represents Bosco Home Services in the best possible way - by providing customer service which, based upon my service experiences of the past 20 years, is second to none. It assuredly goes without saying that, should the need arise for plumbing services, we intend to call upon Bosco Home Services first.

We needed some landscaping enhancements to the side of our home, as well as to the front lawn and backyard. As in the past 20 years, we entrusted that work to Markham Landscaping and they even exceeded our expectations. Their men were punctual, prepared to meet every challenge, possessed great knowledge and experience, and were very pleasant and courteous. Very importantly, they diligently kept us "in the loop" about what they were doing and were exceedingly receptive to our comments and requests. In the end, Markham Landscaping provided us with a beautifully planned and executed landscaping project. Particularly in this day and age, it is indeed refreshing to find a company such as Markham Landscaping which one can trust and which delivers what they promise.

The service provided was exceptional. The serviceman (Al) was right on time, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and made the repair within a short period of time. He was pleasant and courteous, and answered any question with clarity and respect. I would most certainly use AtlasCare again.

Eric came out to perform the annual furnace checkup. As is always the case, he arrived on time and proceeded to meticulously and comprehensively check all the requisite safety and comfort systems related to the furnace. I always appreciate that he doesn't take shortcuts or gets distracted. He's the consummate professional - proficient, knowledgeable, meticulous, efficient, friendly, courteous, and respectful. Eric represents AtlasCare in the best possible way - by providing customer service which, as far as I am concerned, is second to none. Needless to say, I intend to continue to be a very satisfied AtlasCare customer.

Based upon its superlative reputation, my expectations of Fortress Windows & Doors were very elevated - and they delivered in spades! Steve Mercer's proposal was well thought out and competitively priced, and his manner was at once professional, pleasant, and courteous. Perhaps not surprisingly, the efficient and knowledgeable installation crew headed up by Steve McCue displayed similar character attributes. As one would hope, they arrived on time, performed their work within the forecast time period, minimized any disruption to the home, were tidy and completely cleaned up any debris, and - most importantly - did a superlative professional job. The windows look great! It almost goes without saying that my wife and I will be recommending Fortress Windows & Doors to our family and friends.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with AtlasCare for about 5 years. Their service standards are without parallel. But even I was not prepared for the extraordinary service provided by one of their service technicians named Eric. He was at once thorough, courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. It goes without saying that I intend to continue using AtlasCare, and to recommend them to family, friends, and associates. If only all service providers were this ethical, honest, knowledgeable, and thorough!
