Multiple delays in delivery of windows and doors. Incorrectly installed an unfrocked window that was supposed to be frosted. Had to replace door and did poor job: sloppy caulking, glass not flush to door and door catches on frame. Took FOUR visits to fix the foot lock on the patio door as the first time they did nothing and the next two they brought the wrong piece. Constant detail errors and promises to do better are only lip service. Took months for them to deliver a new front door only to install it poorly and damage it in the process so we're now waiting again for the new door to be made. Would not recommend.

Well priced and the team are very personable. Initially things went well however they had to come back several time to fix quality/detail issues including missed switches and incorrect fuse wattage. There were also elements not wired as anticipated for the HVAC and plumbers to install their elements which caused delays/challenges. Still missing an outlet and have to live with several outlets not evenly placed/centered as they stopped responding after the last missed outlet was identified and frankly Im tired of having to have them keep coming back. Would recommend if you are able to go over all the details at time of quoting as well as before, during and after the work is being done.

Had multiple issues in the initial install with the technician not thinking about layout or placement of ducts resulting in several needing to be moved. Took weeks to get the initial install done right only to find the thermostat was not installed correctly and caused the AC to run constantly and freeze the system. Different tech came to fix this and found an intake pipe was not to code and another duct was bent and not taped/connected. Basically in trying to fix things they identified more quality issues. Since then my home inspector found more duct joints not taped and an exhaust pipe either drilled in or from the previous system only covered with a piece of tape instead of being properly sealed. Wouldnt recommend.

Had Brad come in to inspect work after doing home renos. The ability to get a quote and book on their website was fantastic. Added on the thermal scan and sewer scope. Great customer service and communication including a pre inspection call to review details. Was onsite with Brad and had a fantastic experience as he walked me through what he was doing and looking for. Flagged issues and have recommendations on solutions. Would highly recommend!

My Samsung dryer gave me an HE error. Shai was able to come by the next day to diagnose the issue and quickly identified it as the control board. Managed to have the piece expedited to him in 3 days (supplier said 2-3 weeks). After replacing, found another sensor needed repair but did it right then and there at no extra charge. Absolutely fantastic job and I would highly recommend him!

Frank and the team were great to work with! Took time to explain the quote and potential additional costs (didn't mention the cost of the ESA inspection, but I should have asked about it). Work was done quickly and efficiently, very friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to have a couple wires run in my house. Mark was fantastic, came out same day, quoted over the phone, and is highly invested in providing remarkable customer service. The job took almost twice as long as he thought but still only charged for the time quoted. I would highly recommend him!

Tom was absolutely fantastic. Amiable, charming, instantly built rapport and did a great job changing the locks on my new house. He uses the best quality product and is worth every penny!
