Brad came to my parents home and did a very good inspection. He is found stuff that we didnt even notice and was very patient. I was so happy to use their company and I will be using them for future properties. Please do not be cheap and pay for their service. Its worth it

Ian and Jeremy were just phenomenal! They both were super friendly and went into detail with all parts of the house. They even explained terminologies related to electrical and plumbing that I was not aware of, made me feel comfortable to be able to ask as many questions as I would like for further clarification. Plus, their turnaround for the home inspection report was done immediately after their inspection, did not had to wait at all! The report was also well executed with in depth analysis on what needs to be worked upon inside/ outside of house. Would definitely recommend them and worth the price paid for!

Jamie was amazing and saved us all by finding the mold in the attic which we easily fixed for $678. It could have been a lot worse if it wasnt found early. Thanks so much!
