Delays, errors and low quality work
Multiple delays in delivery of windows and doors.
Incorrectly installed an unfrocked window that was supposed to be frosted.
Had to replace door and did poor job: sloppy caulking, glass not flush to door and door catches on frame.
Took FOUR visits to fix the foot lock on the patio door as the first time they did nothing and the next two they brought the wrong piece.
Constant detail errors and promises to do better are only lip service.
Took months for them to deliver a new front door only to install it poorly and damage it in the process so we're now waiting again for the new door to be made.
Would not recommend.
