Muhammad is awesome! My son came back from University with a sample in a baggie of a bug he had found on his bed. Turns out, it was a bed bug! After a thorough inspection of our home which was bug free, Muhammad agreed to inspect my son's apartment in another city to see how bad the infestation was. He was the only one we trusted at this point to do a thorough inspection and confirm what needed to be done. He could see how upsetting it was to find BBs in my son's rental unit and yet he kept us calm and laid out detailed a plan for what needed to be done. Thank you Muhammad for your knowledge, wisdom, professionalism and kindness. Without question, I recommend Muhammed for any bug/pest problem that you might experience.

The worst customer service and post sale follow-up we've every experienced! After numerous calls, messages, and follow-ups, we had to resort to contacting the President to get the service and installation work that had been committed and communicated to us through the sales process. Ongoing servicing of the hot tub continues to be an issue with numerous calls and follow-ups required to get these folks to follow through on what they tell you they are going to do. At a price point of $10K, this is appalling.

We had Nicole design and configure a massive walk in closet and a very customized master bathroom. It was a one of a kind outcome. The designs that she created were spectacular. People ooh and aah over it. The wonderful sliding drawers for shoe storage are a big hit. She also consulted on the window coverings, throughout the house to change the look to a contemporary, modern feel. Brilliant work - and highly recommend Nicole!

When everything that could go wrong, did go wrong....3 leaks springing up at the same time - a bathtub leak, faucet drains leaking and toilet that wouldn't stop running - we went to Homestars to find a plumber and came across G Bates Plumbing. After a quick call to get help, Randy arrived to the rescue and solved all 3 problems in less time than it took us to find someone to help! Great service and expert advice - Randy was very friendly, and knowledgeable - at a great price to. Definitely recommend G Bates Plumbing as the go to people for pluming problems.

After persevering though months without screens on our patio doors, we finally bit the bullet and decided to source screens for the doors - the moths were getting out of control! An internet search pointed us to ClearView Canada Inc. who arrived within 24 hours to measure, and produced custom sized retractable screens for all of our patio doors. They were extremely helpful, the installation took very little time and they left the site spotless. Their prices are very competitive and with the great service and product, we have no hesitation in recommending ClearView - they are great!

After purchasing a newly renovated home, we learned that one major thing had been overlooked - the eaves troughs/gutters needed to be completely replaced as evidenced from the after effects of a major rainstorm. Not knowing where to begin to source an honest and reliable company to do this work, we turned to Homestars where Gutter Force had awesome reviews.
