I needed a glass block window for fire safety reasons, and nearly nobody does it! I was able to get three quotes - two with really long lead times, and we needed it soon. Azamat was responsive in his quote, reasonable and fair in the pricing, and generally responsive while we ironed out the contract. Serogi did the install over two days and did a great job. Was punctual, polite and professional, did great work, cleaned up, and was respectful of the neighbors. Will definitely be holding onto their information for referrals and future work!

Mohamed took care of a small job for me. He was on time to the minute, professionally dressed and knew his equipment inside and out. The job was done efficiently but not in a hurry, and most importantly the carpet looks brand new, like it was installed yesterday. This was a perfect experience and I am going to recommend this company to everyone.

I was delighted with my treatment from Brock. Kristian took care of me from the start, consulting on what the best choices for our home would be and explaining why. It took maybe six or eight weeks for the windows to arrive, but within two days the job was finished. The installers, Riza and Recip, were absolutely superb. They were punctual, professional, very tidy, kind to us, good to our neighbors and most importantly did excellent work inside and out. They also cleaned up thoroughly after each themselves. I'm delighted with the job, these Northstar windows, and will be using them again next time I renovate.

This outfit is terrific. From each touch point, starting with Donna, then Mike then the installers, they were professional, efficient, provided an easy to understand quote and the pricing was in my opinion very fair. I used them initially to install Tyroc subfloor, which no other contractor seemed to want to install for some reason (it's very straight forward, and an amazing product). I asked the manufacturer to recommend someone local to install it, and Expert Flooring was it. They did such a good job, I had them back to do the vinyl plank and once again, I'm thrilled. I didn't even bother to shop it around. Careful, exacting installation for an excellent quality result. I have no hesitation recommending them and I will most definitely use them again next time I need flooring.

This is the second time I've used Insta Insulation and I'm delighted once again. Punctual, neat, polite and professional throughout, from the original quotation (By Jeremy Stott) to the install. I will definitely use these guys again next time I have opportunity to do more work on the house. And I recommend them al the time.

Arif and his crew did a fairly involved kitchen renovation for us which included removing a staircase, moving a window, turning another window into a door and complete demolition out to the brick. While we had a minor issue with the demo crew, everyone else who worked on this project was nothing short of fantastic. Coming early, staying late, and working over the weekends as necessary to meet our timelines and budget. They also handled the permit drawings and permitting process as well as inspections which was a tremendous help (and a word to the wise: don't do without permits, and often companies that suggest you should are fly-by-nights and it could very well come back to haunt you when you try to sell your property, for instance). I was very happy and will likely use these guys for our bathroom renovation in a year or so. I would recommend without hesitation.

Every point of contact from estimation to scheduling to install has been pleasant and professional, and I will definitely be using them again. They came in exactly on time, were thorough in their work and were out within an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous with the neighbors. The foam had very little smell. I didn't bother to look at other companies because my first experience last year with them was so good, and they will definitely be coming back next time I need insulation.

Alex and his team (Tyler, Ken and maybe one other - -pls forgive me) were nothing short of amazing. They were very competent, efficient and while it's never easy fishing wires through plaster and lath, managed to leave the walls in pretty good condition. They handled all the permits and inspection with the city and did it for a very reasonable price, in my opinion. I've already recommended them, and will do so anytime someone asks for a quality electrical company.
