I hired THC Group to do a time sensitive renovation on a commercial space we bought - to turn it into a clinic. The engagement spanned a few months, some of which fell over the Christmas Holidays this year. Arif and team provided a quote and a timeline - during a time when supply chain and inflation is quite out of control. We have done 2 other major renovations, using other general contracting teams, so I had some understanding of what to expect. Arif and his team just blew us away. They are an incredibly collaborative, problem solving, can do team. The building we are in was really difficult to work with - the THC group just pushed through at every turn. This team is - unlike anything I have seen in contracting - they just really want to see it through - they go above and beyond at every turn - honestly not exaggerating. If it were not for this team our clinic would not have opened this year. Call me for a reference - this is the real deal - a team you can actually trust. They also came in on budget - a first for us.

Arif and his crew did a fairly involved kitchen renovation for us which included removing a staircase, moving a window, turning another window into a door and complete demolition out to the brick.

While we had a minor issue with the demo crew, everyone else who worked on this project was nothing short of fantastic. Coming early, staying late, and working over the weekends as necessary to meet our timelines and budget. They also handled the permit drawings and permitting process as well as inspections which was a tremendous help (and a word to the wise: don't do without permits, and often companies that suggest you should are fly-by-nights and it could very well come back to haunt you when you try to sell your property, for instance).

I was very happy and will likely use these guys for our bathroom renovation in a year or so.
