I chose Royal Innovation from the HomeStars reviews and a recommendation from a friend who used them. I wasn’t disappointed. Adam was patient and knowledgeable. Answered my questions (I had lots!) quickly. Project Manager, Jonathan, was exceptional. Attention to detail and positive can do attitude even when I made several changes. When the old deck was removed he pointed out several issues - worn electrical wire to the hot tub and faulty drainpipe - which were not related to the project. He takes pride in his work and made sure I was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend Royal Innovation. Enjoying the deck right now!

Len and his team did an excellent job of replacing 2 ACs and 2 furnaces. I haven’t had to use the ACs yet but the furnace is working beautifully and efficiently. Len answered my calls and questions quickly. His customer service is excellent!!

My fridge had been leaking for a week and I could not find the source. I’m looking for an appliance repair person on Homestars I found Man with a Wrench. Other than the high star rating what impressed me was that they were dealing with covid 19 by doing zoom appointments to diagnose issues. What a great idea! I made an appointment for the next day and had a detailed discussion with Alex who had spent 45 minutes looking at the manual for my brand and model of fridge. It turned out that my appliance had a blockage so I opted to have their representative come the next day. He was quick and importantly wore a mask and gloves. My fridge has been perfect!

Our toilet overflowed on a Saturday morning and Donovan was there in the afternoon to replace the flap that was the issue. He also checked the rest of our toilets and found an issue with two of them which was promptly fixed. He is quick and courteous. We will definitely use him for all our plumbing needs.

I selected Mike at Toronto Home Theater because of the reviews on HomeStars - and the fact that the company had won Best of awards for FIVE consecutive years. I was not disappointed. Mike lived up to the hype - showing up promptly and fixing our issues. Two TVs that had not worked properly for years. He re-programmed the remotes and voila! My husband could not be happier. Further, he quickly installed a Sonos system and we look forward to having the best parties on the block. All this done efficiently and without breaking the bank. Thank-you Mike. We look forward to seeing you soon to install our Nest units and outdoor speaker. Nothing like repeat business to prove you are good!

My basement was flooded in March and our insurance company picked Complete Restoration as they came in with the lowest quote. While there were a couple of hiccups with scheduling at the beginning of the job, I ended up being extremely satisfied. There were extensive repairs to get my basement back to working order - painting, taping, baseboard installation, new floor and subfloor, install of under floor heating, clean up. The team sent by Adam was highly professional, took pride in their work, and only left when I was completely satisfied. I am using them again for another job I have around the house which I think is the best recommendation.

I went to the showroom myself to look at the sofas and select an option for my husband to try out. There was not a huge variety to choose from as my needs were quite specific, but I quickly found one I loved and on a subsequent visit my husband liked it too. It was important for our needs that we could custom make both sofas. We have ordered them and greatly look forward to taking delivery. The experience thus far has been good and I hope to give them a 10/10 on timeliness and delivery experience!

Eric was here on time ready to fix my garage door. My husband and I have had to park our cars outside - not very safe - as we were unable to get our garage door to work. Eric fixed it quickly and even gave us a lesson on how to get it working again should it break or disengage. I would definitely recommend The Door Master for anything to do with garage doors.

I needed floor to ceiling blackout curtains for my bedroom. I went to the showroom on Doncaster and Jay went through the fabric books with me. He then came over to measure. Within weeks I had my beautiful curtains and they were installed very professionally by Allan - no mess, perfect fit. I am more than thrilled with the finished product as well as the service I received.

Sergio and his wife were an amazing team. They left my windows spotless and took such pride in their work. After the job was done Sergio went around the whole house with me to ensure I was satisfied.

I decided to change my wood burning fireplace to a gas one - much easier to keep clean! Alan came within a week of my call, followed up quickly with a quote and then a couple of weeks later the work began. The workmen were fast and left no mess. My family and I have been enjoying our new gas fireplace all winter long.
