I lost power in 2 bedrooms of my basement, needed electricity back ASAP. Kiya came the same day I called him. Diagnosed the problem as a broken connection in a junction box that was behind a finished wall somewhere. Tried locating it with wire tracer tool, was unable to do so. Determined best course of action was to run a new power line from a working outlet in the laundry room to the effected areas. It worked! was back up power fully restored. Kiya is an excellent electrician who really knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use him again A+

We are happy with the quality of our door, transom, and sidelights. The colour is beautiful and came out very nice. Alex and his team were very professional and did an excellent installation. They started and finished on time the day of install, we're courteous and polite and cleaned up any mess at the end. Want to give credit to our sales rep. Muneeb for recommending the taller 95" door and multi point locking system as it is impressive and really makes the entrance look grand. We never would of thought of doing this on our own. 2 issues I need to mention. After finalizing our glass choice for the transom and sidelights (we selected a designer glass called "superline") was told few weeks later we could not have that particular glass because Clera could not manufacture glass sidelights in 95" size. We could only have sandblasted glass in 95". We are a bit disappointed. Second issue is we were told our door would be ready in 6-8 weeks, it ended up taking 16 weeks to be delivered. Overall I would recommend Clera Windows. They make quality windows and doors, just be aware it may take longer to get them to you.

Asther Hasan is passionate about his work. He took his time and performed the service with care and attention to detail, never rushing. He cleaned out the AC unit thoroughly and made sure the furnace passed all checks. Knowledgeable, courteous, and called ahead to remind me of our appointment time. He even gave me some tips i can do myself to keep my equipment running in top form. Highly recommended.

We lost electricity to the house mid week, turns out the meter box on the outside of the home had corroded. The jaws that hold the wiring were rusted away and the power line and neutral wire had melted and was severed. Yunior Valiente came out Thursday afternoon to assess the problem, determine what materials were needed, and arranged for the required ESA permit. He was back Friday morning and spent 4 hours working in the bitter cold of winter installing a new meter box and all new wiring outside of the house. The ESA inspector came and inspected his work as well as the house breaker panel. Needless to say the workmanship is top notch and the work passed the inspection easily. My family had power again by suppertime! I am very satisfied with Java Electric. Junior's work is first rate and the pricing is reasonable. I will certainly do business again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrician contractors.

Squirrels had gotten in my attic and were making a racket above me so I called Troy at GTA. He came right over the next morning and determined the squirrels were entering my adjoining neighbors roof by chewing through his roof vent. The solution: 1 way door on his vent and 10 roof vent screens for the 2 homes. The noises stopped immediately and everything is peaceful again. GTA is the only service you need to call when faced with an unwanted wildlife problem. Fast, Courteous, and Professional. Highly recommended.

Khurram Zaki of Cosmopolitan Mechanical came within hours of me calling the office and requesting a meeting. He was courteous, respectful, and has a no pressure sales approach which I found refreshing. He was thorough and detailed in his explanations of various combinations of furnace and Air conditioning units I could have. He patiently answered all my questions and ended up spending an hour and half with me. He crunched the numbers and in the end offered me great pricing on some excellent Lennox Elite equipment. It was not a difficult choice, I decided to go with Cosmopolitan. On the day of the job Greg and Mike showed up at 8am and worked 6 hours to efficiently and professionally install my new furnace and air conditioner. There were 2 small issues that happened. (The air conditioner condenser unit delivery was delayed and an issue with the ceiling) Both were addressed and remedied so I am satisfied with the outcome. Khurram called me during and after the job to ask me if I was happy with the work. He again called next morning just to be certain I was satisfied. The new XC14 is cooling perfectly and I have total confidence when winter comes the EL296V will perform heating duties equally as well. Its said the best install of the worst equipment will outlast and outperform the best equipment with the worst install. Fortunately, with Cosmopolitan Mechanical you get the best equipment along with a top notch installation. I will most certainly do business again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality HVAC company. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so on that note here are my 4.

I chose Northshore because of the excellent reviews on here. I had high expectations of them and they did not disappoint. The communication was excellent with Angela in the office. She was always polite on the phone and proficient at getting me any paperwork I needed via e-mail. She booked me a date for the installation and the crew showed up on the day as promised. It was a rather large job and required 2 working days to complete. Much of it was messy and slow work. The hardest parts involved ripping out old soffits and water damaged plywood and putting in new attic vents and batt insulation underneth the roof deck. Mitch and Rushdee never complained always kept positive and upbeat even with old wood fragments and old insulation falling around them, and at times on them too. Northshore put in new heavy gauge aluminum soffits and hung a custom 5" seamless eavestrough with alu-rex leaf guards for me. The finished product is just gorgeous and the quality speaks for itself. I am looking forward to rain and even winter now. A big Thank You to Rushdee and Mitch Lees for the excellent effort and workmanship. Its not a question if Tom and his crew are one of the best in the roofing game. (they are) Its a question of can they stay at the top. I can confirm they are in fine form indeed. Megacity showed up the day they said they'd show up. They showed up early. And showed up to do an excellent job. Even when their air compressor failed on them and they could not use their air framers the entire crew of 7-8 men got to work installing shingles by hand with hammers. They didn't slow down a bit and didn't miss a beat. A well oiled efficient machine sprang to mind as I watched them. Tom and his guys have a positive attitude, take pride in their work and communicate well. If you have a problem Tom will go out of his way to make it right. Would not hesitate to use again.
