Really good interaction from the beginning to the end. Alex, the sales representative they sent us, was knowledgeable and paid attention to our needs. No up-sale tactics, which we greatly appreciated. The installation was a little later than expected (mid October as opposed to end Sept - early Oct), but they blamed it on the supplier and there was no reason not to believe them on that. They called two weeks in advance to make the appointment and arrived on time for it. The entire process lasted for 3 days, and the two installers (Vasile and Vadim) were knowledgeable, efficient , polite - consummate professionals. They left the place spotless and we are very happy with the new windows and doors. We would recommend the company to anyone planning on replacing their doors or windows.

Sam came in, gave us a detailed written quote, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we decided what we wanted to do and called him he did his best to fit in our small job as soon as possible and he came on Saturday in the same week as the quote. He was careful not to damage neighbouring structures like the window wells. Good, solid work.

We just moved in our first home and wanted to rekey all the locks in the house and the garage. I called Aegis this morning, they gave me an estimate and told me they could send in a guy to do the job on the same day. Sure enough, just before noon, Michel (Mike) came in, and in less than an hour he rekeyed six locks and made me five sets of keys. He was very knowledgeable and personable and the whole interaction with him and his company was a pleasurable, stress-free experience. I will definitely use them again when we decide to upgrade the locks.
