Really good interaction from the beginning to the end. Alex, the sales representative they sent us, was knowledgeable and paid attention to our needs. No up-sale tactics, which we greatly appreciated.
The installation was a little later than expected (mid October as opposed to end Sept - early Oct), but they blamed it on the supplier and there was no reason not to believe them on that.
They called two weeks in advance to make the appointment and arrived on time for it. The entire process lasted for 3 days, and the two installers (Vasile and Vadim) were knowledgeable, efficient , polite - consummate professionals. They left the place spotless and we are very happy with the new windows and doors.
We would recommend the company to anyone planning on replacing their doors or windows.
