Sam came in, gave us a detailed written quote, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we decided what we wanted to do and called him he did his best to fit in our small job as soon as possible and he came on Saturday in the same week as the quote.
He was careful not to damage neighbouring structures like the window wells.
Good, solid work.
