We strongly recommend Mold.ca. After speaking with a number of companies, we hired Mold.ca to essentially gut our basement, which had mold issues. From the outset, in our telephone calls with Indira and Gregg, the company was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They were also very accommodating working with us on short notice and up front about what to expect in terms of work and cost. Gregg and Dean kept us updated throughout the process, sending photos at the end of each day and being available by phone to answer questions and discuss any issues. They went the "extra mile" to assist with some issues, such as sealing or patching some areas where pests may have been accessing the basement that became apparent once the drywall etc was removed. We felt confident throughout the process knowing that our basement was in good hands.

We hire Stefano to prepare a detailed home inspection. We are planning to do some upgrades and we wanted a thorough understanding of the home to ensure that we have a logical plan to address any issues - and not have to go back and re-do something later. Stefano was very helpful and friendly, taking time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us along the way and offering helpful tips. He used a drone to image our roof and an infrared camera to check temperature differences within walls, at doors and windows, etc. He completed a report that day. I would definitely recommend this company.

We just finished our basement with P&P Painting and Renovation and couldn’t have been happier with the process, from start to end. We were immediately impressed by Natanael’s obvious knowledge (having met with other contractors for the same project) and detailed quote. In fact, Natanael re-worked the quote a number of times as we decided what we wanted to include. We found the price very fair and they finished on budget. Our team was lead by Mauricio, who was fantastic to work with – very friendly. I purchased a house in the summer of 2013 that was in serious need of new sofitt, fascia, and eavestroughs, and the downspouts had to be disconnected from the city sewer systems. Gary answered all of my questions about materials, options, where to run the downspout, and many more. I had a few changes to the work order before the work began. Gary patiently responded to my emails and sent a few revised work orders for my review and approval. The work was very competitively priced. I had some special materials on order (vinyl shingles), which took a few weeks to ship, but once the products arrived the job was done quickly and it looks great.
