2 simplest areas look great. Stippled ceiled was a challenge; most companies wouldn't even try. Pretty good though one of the damaged areas is still a bit visible. Paint on main bedroom ceiling was off ; they are coming back to fix.

Our 12 year old washer was acting up. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. As well, he assured us the appliance was worth repairing despite its age. He returned as soon as the replacement parts were available, and also provided advice to reduce the likelihood of needing repairs again. The washer is now working better than it has for years.

The carpet cleaners carefully explained what they were going to do, and did a walk-a-bout with me to confirm any special instructions or issues. They worked fast and left the carpet looking great, and with no odour of cleaners.

The young man was conscientious, hardworking and friendly. He cleaned windows and screens inside and out in far less time and much better than we possibly could of. We would be happy to get him back every year. However, the company sent him at a different time than promised. It's a good thing my schedule was flexible that day.

Leo and Anthony arrived promptly, cooperated well with the energy auditor, put down floor protectors and worked very hard all day to get rid of the old equipment and the installation done. They explained what they had done and taught me how to program the new thermostat. And they carefully removed all the debris from the yard and laneway. All I had to do was sweep where the protectors had been. They were unfailing pleasant to have around.

John came and finished right on time, was very careful and did an excellent job. He took the time to carefully fix defects in the all and ceiling, and painted the door and trim while that dried. Everything got two coats. The fan and switch plates were put back. Not a speck of garbage left or drop of paint out of place. I would be very pleased to have John do more work for us. Also, the Dulux store they recommended was great to deal with and I'll buy my paint there from now on.

We noticed water damage on the bedroom ceiling and called for an assessment. Mr. Roof Repair sent two men who arrived right on time, checked the attic, fixed minor problems on the roof and found the main issue. The next week I got a thorough written report and estimate by email. Once I gave a go-ahead by email, I got a call that they could come very soon. All the work was done and they cleaned up so well no one could have told that workmen had been here. The invoices came by email too, making it very easy to deal with them without interrupting my work. I'm delighted.

Matthew showed up right on time, carefully explained how he worked, worked hard and did a great job. He was done faster than expected, and our old carpet looks cleaner than other services left it. It also dried fast. The spot cleaner left as a gift worked great on an area rug. The biscotti was also appreciated!

Fast next day delivery and driver took time to place the dirt exactly on a tarp and exactly where I wanted. Earth was good quality and my garden looks great!

Sam and Jack came quickly, worked hard and did very thorough work, leaving my windows sparkling clean inside and out. They also cleaned up well. I was delighted with their service.
