We need tuck-point repairs on some bricks in front of the house as well as our chimney. Otto's team showed up on time, were meticulous in their work and cleaned up so well you could not tell they had been there. They were professional, polite and friendly. The work was amazing - you cannot tell that repair work was done. Otto Masonry is the only masonry company we will ever use and we highly recommend them.

Jack arrived on time, was professional, and offered some good recommendations for this project. He was very respectful of our property and was really interested in doing the best job possible. We will be using this company again.

Called Canadian Appliance Source at 3pm and had freezer onsite by 730pm. Great prices and truly professional service by both Joanne in call centre and delivery team. Highly recommend this company.

We hired Cardinal tree care to raise the canopy in our backyard - we have two very large maples and they were taking over our yard and our neighbor's yard. Blake and crew were fast, professional and very respectful of our properties. Clean up was amazing and our yard looks transformed- it is a huge difference and our trees are healthier. Blake took the time to explain what needed to be done and answer all questions. Great service experience and I would recommend CTC to anyone.

Peter impressed us with his attention to detail, care and respect for our home and project delivery. He and Nick kept the reno area and adjacent rooms obsessively clean and produced an amazing bathroom that exceeded expectations, on time and on budget. We will be using Peter for our next bathroom refresh and would highly recommend Aquata Bath to anyone.

Absolutely spectacular kitchen! it is not very often you get more than you anticipate in a reno but Marcon really delivered an amazing space for our home. We had seen two other Marcon kitchens so knew they were good but we needed a wall removed and a couple of other contingencies so had interviewed three firms and Marcon was the only one that delivered on all points. Uli's design was perfect on paper and the construction by Roman Iourik of Custom Home Renovations (see separate review) was incredibly professional and the end result is nothing short of breathtaking. Throughout the process we felt all the Marcon people were 100% invested in the success of the project and making our home better. (especially Connie's dedication to getting things done and keeping timelines on track!) We feel like we have a brand new home now.

The only AC repair firm that was actually available as advertised. We came home after work on a day with temps of 32C to find AC not working. No other company - including our own - could actually get someone out that nite. Bosco got a service person out to us in less than 2 hours - Joseph was very professional and got the issue resolved in under an hour. We have officially switched all our heating/AC business to Bosco. Very impressive service!

Called Jude last minute when we finally gave up on previous garden care co. She responded to email immediately, showed up on time and we were wowed by her enthusiasm and professionalism. They did a fantastic job and we have our yard back! we will definitely be using Curbz again - excellent service

We needed to replace crumbling bricks on our window sills and around the chimney. I checked homestars first (I always do now!) and found Otto. Impressive team - very professional, very clean and respectful of our property and when one aspect of the job turned out to be less work than anticipated, Otto reduced the bill. That level of professionalism and honesty is rare and we so appreciated it.

Ted and his team were neat,professional and very detailed-oriented. Ted listened to what we wanted and provided a design that was better than we thought we get in our little yard. I would recommend Hobson Landscaping to anyone.

City Wide installed new locks and door handle for our front door. We came home one night in the early spring (cold and dark) to discover that the new handle was broken and we could not get into the house. Several calls to the alleged 24 hour service line resulted in no response and we ended up having to call a different locksmith to let us into our house. City Wide was arrogant and unapolegetic when we contacted them the next day - basically said it was not their problem. We have contacted the lock company to let them know the service their vendor (did not) provide. Do not deal with firm if you can avoid it.
