Lotus was the only company that stuck to what promised. I have discovered them last year, through Home Stars and called them for a quote. Alex came over, evaluated what needs to be done, sent a detailed quote that we could customize, like choosing different stones. I called them again last spring, as other 5 companies just came, offered a quote and nothing more. Alex came again, called the City Hall to see if the soil could be cut shorter, obtained permits etc. We decided to go with his team. He estimated the job to be done in one week and a half, but because we decided to go with armour stones, it took longer, as it was a really hard job to cut the stone. We are really happy with the end results, we have replaced the stairs and also the wood structure from the lawn. We will use their service for our backyard as well, as the communication was really good between us, Irina and Alex. They listened to our wishes and worked towards building what we were planning to have done. Thank you to the whole team, as we saw how hard job this was. Now we just have to do some landscape. Mike came in a took the measurements for 6 closets. Then we went to the showroom to pick the wood and handles. There is a big variety, so I highly recommend to go and see what options they have. Then the installation team came after few weeks and installed them. I just love them, they look stylish, but most importantly they are of high quality. I even left 2 closets without doors, because they look that good. Everything went smooth, so I highly recommend them. For sure I will use their services again in the future, when we'll renovate the basement.

Ordered closet doors & trims and they did not deliver the right pieces. Dan came to measure the trims and instead of 4 1/2 inches he sent 5 1/2 inches. I had to pay for the replacement, returned the 5 1/2 and they did not return my initial amount, because they charged me for the 41/2 ones. Plus Dan brought us cardboard doors instead of quality stuff.

Lehel and Timea helped us pick the floor and made things to run smooth from order to installation. They removed our old floor and sent over an amazing team to install the new one and in 2 days everything was done. This is for approx 450 square-feet. The installation team listened to our preferences, as we have an old house and the walls are not straight and did a perfect job in installing the nosing, which was the difficult part. They spent the whole day, until everything was finished in time and left everything clean, even if I told them that I will clean, because it was 10 pm at night when everything was finished. I will for sure recommend their services and use their services again. Great team that coordinates with the client and delivers awesome quality!

What I can say is based on what I see. It looks good. One thing my wife was saying was that she would like to contact Professional Roofers again because our house is semi detached and recently we’ve has another contractor doing other work on our house and he suggested there should be something between the two homes so that issues on my neighbours side don’t spread from one side to the other. I would like to contact them and have that fixed. They installed skylights as well; we have no leaks so far and roof looks really nice and professional, no hidden charges.

I am happy to recommend Professional Roofers on the work they did for my roof. The guys are very knowledgeable of their work, they are fast and serious. The roof looks great now!.
