We recently hired LOTUS to do our back yard (new build); fence build and stain; retaining walls, grading, infiltration gallery as well as parking and walkway pavers. It was a complex job as our lot is super tight (downtown Toronto).

We are very happy with their service, Alex and Irene were great from the start. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable and have competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend Lotus for any landscaping job.

The project included to build a new deck and pergola.
Before giving us a quote, Alex carefully listened to all our requests and wishes, and gave us some professional recommendations, which we were very impressed with.
We wanted something low maintenance and affordable. So, Alex suggested using composite material and joist guard tape to prolong the structural life of deck. Also, he suggested installing polycarbonate panels on top of pergola roof to protect ourself and deck from the weather.
We also chose to install deck lighting, and Alex gave us a great option which was affordable, energy efficient, and easy to maintain and operate.
All our request and wishes were addressed and fulfilled above and beyond.
The crew was very attentive to details, the invoice was transparent: no unexpected or hidden costs.
We would definitely recommend LOTUS to others, and will hire them again for our future projects.

I hired Lotus to refresh my balcony to get ready for the summer. The work included artificial sod installation, painting of concrete and railing and staining of outdoor wooden patio set
The work was performed efficiently, the crew was attentive to details and cleaned up evening after themselves
Now my balcony is very inviting and cozy. My old furniture looks brand new.

Lotus has done great work for me in the past building an extra parking lot .Now my patio door steps were becoming dangerous and my old dog was struggling using them. One phone call to Lotus on a Friday, in February, I explain my situation, I was given options, good and fair price for the projet. The weather was good so they came on Monday and build me beautiful, perfect steps exactly what I had asked for. Lotus definitely the best. I strongly recommend them.

It was too bad about the wasps right at the end of the job, but nothing a quick bug bomb couldn't stifle.

Her yard was left immaculate, everything was carted away, and the transformation, as you can see in the photo is actually quite dramatic.

Alex and Irene have been extremely professional and easy to work with. The team is polite and punctual every day.
