My furnace was not working - only a year old - they came at 9pm in the evening and the technician was professional and knowledgeable and explained things well and handled everything perfectly. Great service. I also had my new furnace and a/c put in by Atlas and they did a fast, clean, and very professional job.

I have been with Chaz for a few years but we had to wait until now to plant my front garden due to a terribly invasive weed. Chaz and her team were great to work with - the design process was easy - the pricing was fair - and I love that they are working with plants and products that are good for the environment and our necessary insects. My garden is beautiful and they make everything very easy! It will grow into something very beautiful and the one thing I really wanted (cotton candy grass), Chaz found for me. Love my front yard now!

I wanted a gas fireplace in my living room for heat and for a focal point as the room was very plain but I could not figure out how to make it fit. After reading reviews on fireplace depot I met with them and they came to my house and help me decide what would work best. I loved the ideas and together we chose Whitestone and a piece of barn boards stained gray… I wanted the viewing area hire so it was more couch level so we decided to put the Barnboard higher and I am completely thrilled. It took less than two weeks to order the unit and the whole installation was four days… They were incredibly clean and neat and professional and the workmanship is beautiful. Just in time for Christmas I have a beautiful new living room and I am completely happy with the work

I hired Mike (Merlin Family Homes) through a recommendation from a friend. I wanted a small 2 pc bathroom put into my basement and a full gut of my upstairs bathroom including taking 2 extra feet from my son's bedroom to give space to add an antique chinese vanity recessed into that space giving more bathroom space overall. Mike's pricing was completely fair and on par, he was incredibly professional to deal with - and as a single mom not knowing a lot about this kind of work - he helped to guide me through the entire process. The work was flawless - and I am thrilled with both rooms. Any problems that arose (and they always do) he handled immediately and professionally. His team was clean and neat and respectful and the entire experience was amazing. I am really happy he did this job for me and I am thrilled with my new spaces. I highly recommend.

I asked Dan to look at installing some shelves to fix some problem areas for me in my house. I had a large space in my kitchen where a microwave once lived with the previous owners that was deep and had become fairly messy and difficult - as well as my pantry and possibly bathroom etc. Dan was professional but super nice to work with, and creative, and together we came up with a plan to fill the microwave space with one deep and two narrow shelves (for papers and kid stuff etc) and do the pantry. He even talked me out of doing a number of shelves that he felt wouldn't be 'worthwhile' for me. I had shelves put in from another like company previously but they were much more costly and nowhere near the quality. He did 12 gliding shelves for me - they are beautifully made, very strong, and made my kitchen an organized thing of beauty. The microwave shelves I plan to paint so they were left raw wood. He completed the drawers in roughly a week and had them installed within a couple of hours. I am beyond thrilled with the entire experience and I highly recommend Dan. I am beyond thrilled and my kitchen is now so organized I have empty spaces and I can see everything!

Kris did an EXCELLENT job - he showed up on time as scheduled, worked fast, but did a precise and extremely neat job. He also went the extra steps to do finishing touches to really make the job look nice. Beyond highly recommend!!! Price was good - work was excellent - and he was great when my kids followed him around asking a million questions

My a/c unit died and upon inspection we realized my furnace was not functioning well at all so I decided to replace both and get my ducts cleaned as well. Eric, Dave and Adam did a perfect job - they were exceptionally clean and fast and I left them in my home all day as I had to work and they were 100% professional. With the 0% financing I was able to make it affordable and they helped by giving me a great discount and adding in a few extras no charge. They took care of the grant paperwork and made it all REALLY easy. The new system is so much better, more efficient, and quieter than the last. I have used this company for service for a few years and they really are excellent

BBQ Pro came to clean my BBQ - they were incredibly professional, really nice, made my bbq look brand new again, and cleaned up completely after the job. They were quick to respond - on time - and I would recommend them highly!

I had Francisco come in to refinish the hardwood on my stairs and on my 2nd floor. Discovered that previous owners had put hundreds of nails in the wood. Francisco made the budget work - he refinished the stairs and laid new hardwood in the hall and 2 bedrooms. He was completely professional - only believes in doing a job "right" and helped to work within my budget. He also did all the small finishing for me so there was nothing leftover to deal with. I recommend him 100%

Kevin rewired my entire house and was incredibly professional, helpful and fair in the quote. He even worked with my contractors when doing a kitchen reno and installed new light fixtures for me in the house. He was known and respected by the Inspector and his work was excellent - no cutting corners - he does it right the first time. Amazing to work with - beyond high recommendations. I had one of the "high end" /publicized companies quote the same job and they c ame in FOUR times higher! This is the best choice for electrical

Walter came out to quote my windows - an old house with horrid windows. I had a few other quotes but conflicting answers from other companies so I was feeling uncertain. Walter was direct, helpful, answered my questions, and even gave me his address so I could check out his windows on his own house as I was considering the same kind. The process was simple and quick. Within 4-5 weeks I had new windows. The installation took a day and the installer was very nice, friendly, professional, and cleaned up nicely. I absolutely LOVE my new windows - my home is a thousand times warmer, and I am completely happy. I would recommend Brock Doors and Windows highly.

I had a problem with a toilet - and thought it was a plumbing issue. Roy talked me through fixing it on the phone myself as it turned out to be only a small part problem that I could easily fix myself. He talked me through it on the phone and could have easily just made the call and made some money. He is a genuine man with a genuine business. This is rare and I recommend him highly!
