We were fortunate enough to stumble upon the Floors Direct North showroom in New Market, where the staff arranged for Ben to visit our home and provide a quote. If you are looking for a flooring contractor, look no further, as Floors Direct North is the best of the best. We just completed a 5000 s.f. home renovation, where we removed the existing carpet and installed wooden floors. From start to finish this company exceeded our expectations. Ben was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and provided excellent advise. Nothing was ever too much for him. His communication skills and professionalism through out was greatly appreciated. He is a perfect gentleman and it is obvious that he truly cares about his customers. His guidance and hands on approach was so helpful to us. Likewise, his team of installers, led by Tran, were top notch. At the end of the day the job was completed perfectly, on time and at a fair price. We cannot be more happy with the end result and we thank Ben and Floors Direct for all their efforts on our behalf.

We did research and got 3 quotes to replace our 2 garage doors. Rob was very professional, kept to his word and a pleasure to deal with. The job was done to our complete satisfaction by Rob and his Dad. Quality workmanship, quality product, reasonable price and respectful artisans. What else could you want?

We had a problem with carpenter bees and carpenter ants. Gancy was responsive, on time and professional at all times. He gave helpful advice and a warranty on the job. I highly recommend him.

Hired Danny to revitalize old interlock infested with weeds and to seal a new driveway. He also did some small repairs on the interlock. The area was power washed, new sand applied and sealed. He is professional and knowledgeable, gave us very good advice. The end result was excellent and we were very satisfied. He is always responsive to phone and text as well as being punctual and reliable. I will hire him again and would recommend others to look no further. Danny is your man.

Our experience dealing with this company was superb. We replaced our front door and from start to finish the project was done right. The main advantage of this company is its people. Steve priced the job competitively and then saw it through during every phase, making sure we were happy. Even as we made changes after placing the order he was always professional and smiling. He proved to be knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. He answers the phone, communicates clearly and responds to emails promptly. The installation was done by an excellent crew who were meticulous; and once again Steve was present at the installation making sure everything was done correctly and to his highest standards. He even did some repairs to other doors and windows in our home without extra charge. The installed door seems to be of excellent quality and the company provides a life time warranty, which is reassuring. We could not be happier with the end product. A big thank you Steve!

Erik Cleaned our house eves troughs and checked downspouts. Good customer service. Erick always picked up the phone when I called and was very courteous and professional. Did a good job as far as I could tell, but I was not able to see for myself as I did not climb on the roof.

This company fully deserves the accolades they have received on this site. Their customer service is excellent. The crew arrived on time and was polite and professional at all times. Their equipment looks new and state of the art. The job was completed without hassles and they took the time to protect our property using items like banister protectors for the large hoses used to clean the ducts. They even provided us with little disposable booties to wear while the carpets were drying. It's the thoughtfulness and professionalism that makes them outstanding. Public plumbing came to the rescue when a sewer pipe broke at our home in Markham. Mike was very professional and a man of his word. He arranged a crew that was likewise very professional and fixed the problem the next day. We highly recommend this company. Paul.
