Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experiences with our company. We deeply regret that we couldn't meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've faced. We'd like to address your concerns and provide some clarification on the situation.
In both cases, the technicians went above and beyond in trying to provide a successful service. On the first visit, the technician was unable to locate the leak during excavation, which can happen. Unfortunately, sometimes leaks take time to form. In compensation, the second visit was provided for free and we didn't charge you for any parts.
Regarding winterization, in order to provide the service correctly, we need to fully understand how the system is installed and configured. There are many different options for winterizing systems depending on how they are assembled, age of system, type of timer, etc. When winterization through the faucets was unsuccessful, our technician tried to find a solution to the problem, most likely a pinched pipe, by contacting a technician who was already at your address. However he was asked to leave.
Unfortunately, sometimes we may not respond immediately, but we always respond to our customers within 2-3 business days. If you still have any concerns, our owner will be glad to address them. Have a pleasant day.
