I spoke to many roofers and Mateo was by far the most honest- he took the time to explain what was needed and gave us a few options. We were told many different things by others that didn’t make sense to us considering our roof is only 8 years old. His team came to do the work on the time. They did a great job and left the premises clean! I would without hesitation recommend Simcoe Wide Roofing !

Chuck came by at the scheduled time and did a thorough inspection of our roof which I'm glad he did because it turns out we had more loose shingles than what we could see from the ground. I called to have two toilets repaired (July 2018) and the taps in my sons room were leaking. Brian said it would 225$ to replace the 2 flush valves and fixe the leaky taps. He came when he said he would. He changed the two flush valves and when it came to the taps he told me to go to lowe's to buy parts and he'd comeback to fix them??? So taps were not fixed. The next day one of the toilets started making noise again so I contacted him and his answer was again to go to a store and buy another part and told me I could change it myself easily?? 0n December 18th the other toilet he fixed started making the same noise again . I contacted him and he said he'd come by at some point to fix it. He sent a text on January 6th saying he was two streets away and could come by but we weren't home. So my toilets are still making noise, the taps are still leaking and I've yet to hear back from him. I will call someone who actually cares about their work and clients and have them come do the work once and for all. In other words if you want to be told you'll get work done for 225$ and you want someone to spend 20 minutes tinkering around and who sends you to buy parts and change them yourself and finally doesn't do what he said he would do for the agreed price- Brian is your guy

We had some very overgrown hedges and shrubs in our yard that needed pruning but were worried we'd lose our privacy which we expressed to Alex -He did a good job at trimming everything without comprising it! Thank you

I have used George's services with GasGuys a couple of times in the past and this time like the other times he did not disappoint. We received a warning by Enbridge that something about our gas was not code and were given 35 days to have it fixed. George came as soon as he could , fixed issue and filled out the required documents for us send back. George is a pro in his field and always takes the time to not only fix what we need fixed but also takes the time to explain what he does. He is punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. We had Valentin from strong plumbing fix some plumbing issues at our old house 3 years ago where he had done a great job so getting him in for some work again was an easy choice! As usual he was right on time and upfront about the fees. We needed our kitchen taps changed which was done well and quickly! The bigger issue was that there was an odor coming from somewhere on the basement bathroom which we could figure out. He looked at many things that could have caused the odor and figured it was an issue with the way the toilet was sealed and fixed it. We are so very pleased that our basement is now odor free again! Of Canadian choice windows and doors different is that he will give you the best advice based in your needs and not try to sell you things you don't need. He is honest and follows through with what he says. We needed new doors to give our house a new fresher look. Alex D. gaves us options that were great and the end results was perfect! We had our front and side door replaced by Canadian Choice Windows and doors and could not be happier. From the Sales professional Alex who recommended the perfect doors that not only added a amazing look to the house but created so much more light without compromising our privacy, to Yury and Nick who did an outstanding job at installing them. They are a very nice and professional team. They were available before and after to answer our questions and help. They even recommended we get a new door bell to match the new door which I had not thought of. The attention to detail is remarkable .They came when they said they would. They gave us realistic time frames for the how long it would take to complete the work and were done within the agreed timeframe .They removed the old frames and doors and all debris and left our place clean. We hired Peter from ReNew Refinishing System ( I believe he is the owner) based on the fact that he claimed he had 800 floors plus of experience and his website showed nice work. Our floors had normal usage nothing drastic. We wanted our entire floor on the main level refinished in satin finish which is what we currently had. We moved all our furniture, left the house with our 3 children for most of the day. When we got back the floor was still wet , Peter said to wait at least 3 hours before we walked on it with socks on. Which we did. After the 3 hours was over we looked at the floor and realized there were big streaks everywhere so we called Peter who came back and said he had never seen this but this was common with satin finish. This he had never mentioned upfront. He said he'd come back the following week to redo it. When we got home the second time the floor was a super high gloss and had streaks again which looked horrible again and in the wrong finish. We called him and he said he'd have to come back and take that off to redo the satin finish. He came back for a last time. He completely ruined our floors ....he did satin on some of the floor. the edges are still all high gloss and where he did satin it is all streaked. there is splatters of the varnish all over my baseboards and the bottom of the doors, on the walls and some tiles. Overall a horrible job and like I said our floors are ruined. we paid 1000$ for this job and it will cost us thousands more to have our floors , baseboards , repainting of the walls and cleaning of the tiles done , not to mention we lived without furniture on our main floor for a couple of weeks. When I contacted him he said he didn't know what to say !!! Very unprofessional and the lesson learned here is that I went on his word and the reviews from his site only which are probably all bogus. I would not recommend this company to anyone. the pictures are finished work..... Gratia

I contacted Bubbles and Squeaks for house cleaning services last week and asked if they could come by on the 22 of April to clean since I had some people coming over the next morning early. I sent a detailed list of what I wanted done. My house is not messy. there is no tidying up to do, no beds to make, no dishes ...just straight cleaning. they thanked me for the detail list saying it would make it easier to target my priority areas. The young lady that came to the house was 15 minutes late. When she got there I went through all the products and tools she could need and use like cleaning products, step ladder, vacuum, mops and buckets and so on. We went through every room briefly since I thought she had the list I sent her. Then I took my 2 babies out for the day so she could be alone and work. I asked her to call me when she was done so we could come back home and we discussed the number of hours she was going to work. She said she was booked until 4pm (6hrs) and I made sure to tell her she could stay as long as she needed to get the work done. she called me at 3h50 to say she was leaving. We came back home to such a bad cleaning it was so very disappointing. I went around the house to look at the things I had prioritized and most of them were not done and the ones that were so poorly done it was unbelievable. One of the toilets was not cleaned, the range hood in the kitchen was wiped but you could see where it was wiped and the greasy film left on, the floors looked like they were very lightly cleaned, the dusting was not done on every part of the furniture, the kitchen counter still had food drops from the morning breakfast, the kitchen table still had finger prints from the morning, there was a film of I don't know what in the tubs, the floors were not washed at all under the beds and couches, one of the things I requested was that she use a certain product on the leather couches, not only did she not use it she left her bottle of water under the throw blanket on the couch......and I am leaving some out. Now the frustrating part is I had to do all this work that same evening since I had people coming over in the morning and when I emailed the owner to tell her how disappointed I was and to send her pictures so she could see how poorly she had done on the work she replied that it was too bad I wasn't happy with the work but the lady thought she had done her work. She then offered to give the same price for another cleaning and when I replied that if the service would be the same I would rather not. She just sent me what I owed her that was the last of it. it was not about the money it was about the service and how I expected my house to be cleaned. Cheap prices for cheap work is what you'll get and then they don't care if you are happy or not. You'll see by the pictures that it was simply put, poor work and service

We contacted Bluesky Caulking looking to have our house re-caulked. The reason I used this company was that he had great reviews and I have to say they lived up to their reputation. Chris was quick at getting back to us, he gave us an approximate estimate and date and followed through with both. He and his team are very professional and proficient. They came by the house on the expected date and finished their work when they said they would. They removed all the old caulking, re-caulked and also caulked many areas that were not caulked around the house. Chris took the time to explain what they were doing and what we were to expect. The colors matched perfectly and everything looked fantastic when they were done. I would recommend BlueSky Caulking to anyone who wants a professional job done on their home. Thank you again

I contacted Strong Plumbing yesterday and today Valentin came buy to repair our problem. He was very professional, courteous, efficient. I had a few small thing I was worried about, he explained how I could fix a couple myself (showed me how and told me what would be needed) he fix the leak and all that in a timely manner! I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a good plumber! Thank You Val----not that I want plumbing problems but I will definitely call you should something else arise!
