Gladstone was on time and very thorough in cleaning my yard for the fall cleanup. Communication was good and Im very happy with the service. I will be calling them again for the spring cleanup.

Sheldon was punctual for our appointment and respectful to my property. He was able to re screen my sliding door and manufacture a custom fit screen for my kitchen window. Very happy with the service.

Do not rent your HWT from your natural gas provider, their technician deemed my tankless HWT rental as unsafe and tried to get me to sign a new rental contract. The tech would not turn the HWT back on, so I had only cold water. Quite a situation, I spoke to Kyle after speaking to several other vendors. Kyle actually seemed like he cared, and was at my home installing the new unit within 2 hours. I've been exceptionally happy with the results, and Kyle followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied. I will be using Kyle in the future for my furnace needs. Costco's vendor wouldn't be able to book for another week, clearly this was an exigent circumstance since we had no hot water in the middle of winter. Kyle was on time, professional, cleaned up, offered to return my rental to Enercare, and most importantly took the time to explain everything. Hands down, I will be reaching out to Kyle when my furnace needs service/replacement.

Jason was referred to me by a good friend. I needed help fixing a bathroom faucet. Jason arrived on time and work was completed expeditiously. Price was fair and I'm happy with the work. 2020-11-02 I called on Jason once again to help with a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced and to install some shutoff valves. Excellent workmanship, quick communication via text and phone calls. Highly recommended.

We replaced our eavestroughs, downspouts and installed gutter guards. It's been big improvement, since we upgraded the size of our downspouts and gutters. In Etobicoke, we have a lot of trees, the gutter guards are a necessity. Stas was quick to provide a quote and answered all questions. The scheduling and work was done with great care during the covid pandemic. The crew arrived early and was finished in a timely fashion. I asked Stas to extend one of the downspouts, not originally requested, and he was able to accommodate this request at no extra cost. Overall, very happy.

I had several electricians come by and Mike wasn't the cheapest or most expensive, but I got a good vibe from him. He seemed honest and presented several options for my needs. Communication was prompt and consistent. On the day of the work, the crew arrived early and were polite. Mike arranged for the ESA inspector to check the work, and it passed without issue. Overall, very pleased with the work and always refreshing to work with professionals. If you're looking to install a 240v / level 2 in your garage for your Electrical Vehicle, look no further.

My garage door opener finally stopped working after decades of use. I found Candor through a friend whom had a pleasant experience. When I first called Candor, Jorge was polite and most importantly, he was punctual and kept his appointment. When he assessed the issue, he took the time to explain the problems and my options. I priced around a few other contactors, and although there were cheaper options, I felt more comfortable using Candor. Overall, I am very pleased with the service, and would highly recommend Candor.

I'm a repeat customer of insta insulation. They spray foam insulated my garage ceiling in my previous home. Made a big difference as my bedroom was right above it. The crew left a bit of mess, just needed sweeping afterwards. For this job, they removed my existing batt insulation, sprayed mold remediation, installed insulated pipes for my range and bathroom fans, spray foam insulated and topped off with blown cellulose. The job was separated into 4 phases over 4 days. All crews were on time or early and were polite. They took before and after photos for me to do this review. The first crew placed tape on my closet doors to prevent damage from the hose that sucked out the old insulation, very considerate, however after 4 days, the last crew didn't remove the tape and when I removed it, a large patch of the paint on the door came off too. The hose must be very powerful as one of my potlight was left dangling when after they left. The bathroom fan and ceiling fan somehow became disconnected during the process. The 2nd day, the handyman installed the insulated pipes and sprayed the mold remediation. He was very polite and reconnected my bathroom fan and assured me that he would return or someone from the company would fix the ceiling fan. The 3rd day, the crew was again polite and on time. The 4th day, the final phase which was the blown insulation. The crew left a message in my hallways, foyer, closets and bedroom. There was a fine dust and cellulose insulation bits in those areas. One crew member said that there may be some fine dust that will be difficult to clean up. But there was quite a bit more than fine dust. I did leave my vacuum cleaner out for them to use, which they did. I think the crews doing the messy work should come prepared with vacuum or swiffer or equivalent equipment to clean up. I read reviews from others saying the crews cleaned up after themselves, unfortunately I wasn't one of those customers. They weren't the cheapest or expensive, but I expected better care for the price paid. Overall, the job to insulate etc was done very well and I noticed a big difference in my homes comfort. Every single worker was polite and on time, just left somewhat of a mess is my only criticism. Also some damage to my light fixtures and closet door. Overall, I would still recommend them, I hope this review will help insta insulation with improving their services.

I called Mr Roof Repair to get a quote for some roof vents put into a metal roof. From the moment I called, they kept me up to date and we're timely when they arrived. They sent me a detailed assessment and some general information regarding roofing and ventilation. Overall, I am pleased with their work thus far, I paid $150 for the assessment and report. I elected to hire them for the permanent repair and time will tell how it goes. I will update my experience once this gets completed. Imran is a man with integrity, he was able to come inspect and clean my gas fireplace and gave me helpful tips. The fireplace had been neglected for several years, so it was particularly in need of care. Came on time and prepared. The following day, I had a laundry pair being delivered, I didn't realise that the existing dryer was a gas dryer. The delivery team refused to do anything until a gas technician disconnected the gas line. This was Christmas eve, so I called Imran, fully expecting him to be off. But he was over in about half an hour, shut off the line and capped it. My laundry set was delivered and installed and Christmas was saved. Thanks again Imran, I'll be calling again about that BBQ gas line this summer.
