Baseboard installation

The team was very helpful and installed the baseboards well, everything looks clean, and they are clearly experts at what they do. The install was professional and they were able to complete the job in a tight timeline which was great! Recommend working with them for sure.

Replaced outdoor exhaust vent covers, plus a bath fan

Had trouble finding someone to do this work, so was glad when Nicholas and Sons agreed to take it on. They did good work, despite the fact that the job did not turn out to be as straightforward as it had appeared - they spent the time and effort to make sure the job got done right anyway. And they stuck to their original estimate. Very happy with the results - I would contact them again next time for my next job.

Tile removal

He quoted from pictures and the service was harder than initially estimated. We've negotiated final price on site and I'm happy with service.
New flooring contractor evaluate the plywood and also mentioned it was a great service.
I strongly recommend.

New Bathroom Exhaust Fan Installation

Nick is simply the BEST. After being turned down by numerous contractors and technicians, Nick was the only person WILLING to take on my exhaust fan installation. To be honest this fan installation involved climbing on my roof and crawling through my attic and could of have easily been turned down but Nick was so passionate in helping me tackle on this tough install. He's extremely FRIENDLY, EASY to COMMUNICATE, FAST at responding, EXPERIENCED, OPEN MINDED and PROFESSIONAL. Overall the experience of hiring Nick was GREAT and priced very AFFORDABLY. I would HIGHLY recommend his services, no matter how small or big your project is.
