We are very happy we found VEL Windows And Glass for our shower enclosure project. They were very responsive in providing us with some options and a few quotes for our glass so we got to choose the option that works best for us. For our appointment they arrived on time and the measurement of the shower was done super quickly. Again, very responsive whenever we had any question related to either installation date or payment. The installation was very smooth and the work was done exactly on time. The end result is outstanding - no leaks, the glass is very leveled and looks fabulous. We purchased a house with Trico in Nolan Hills last year and we are very happy. All of their employees are great: passionate, knowledgeable and caring. The house was built perfectly - Perfectionist's paradise! Construction guys did an awesome job! And we have no issues. Nor ever had any major ones (or even minor!). I had my kitchen doors replaced this fall (since the drawers themselves very in a good shape still). I have to say that it was very difficult to find someone who would qualify for this kind of job. Lucky enoughI invited Boban for an estimate. He was on site on time and was able do a quote on time. We were given a few choices and a great advice on what is best to do in our case. Boban is a great contractor - responsible, knowledgeable and bondable in the meaning of finding best suitable time for us. The doors were installed professionally and no one would ever guess that not the whole kitchen was replaced. I am very satisfied with the job that was done and no doubt I would recommend this contractor to my friends.

I contacted these guys back in October for my existing backsplash removal and installation of a new one. 10 days after I contacted them I had them on site. The old backsplash was removed so was the drywall. About a week later I was able to have them install the drywall, but instead of coming for that job at 9 am they came in at 11 am. Since I had to wait for my countertop to be installed I was able to start with a new backsplash installation only 2nd week of December. So I contacted them again (because we negotiated the price) and was told they would be available Sat to Mon. Since either of those days worked for me I asked them to come in on Sunday at 11 am. They never showed up. Instead at 12 pm I received an email with an explanation that they haven't done 1st job yet and will come only on Monday. I had to get another guy to install the tiles. Though the guys work well - the tile was removed very well and the drywall was installed just great - clean and professional. However they don't seem to care about time, being 3 hours late is normal for them, but it is a luxury for me. Overall I would recommend these guys, but be aware that you might have to wait longer then expected.

I am very satisfied with the work these guys do. I called in for emergency leaking and a guy was on site in not even 30 minutes! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The leak was located and fixed in 40 minutes (and it appeared to be NOT what other plumber originally thought it was). Thought I hope I would not need to call them any time soon, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

First of all I have to tell you: we've been looking for this kind of professional for a long time. Luckily we found these guys. Devon came over on Sunday (!) to do a quote for us. He seemed (and yes, he is) very professional and knowledgeable. The quote was very fair, so our work started in less than a week. Devon's team is responsible and hardworking. It was done in 2 days, despite the fact that we had to replace railings for all 3 floors!! And yes, they cleaned everything after themselves. No words would be enough for me to describe how great our railings look like now!! Love them! Thank you, guys, great job!

I have to say that am very glad other companies didn't put that much effort in explaining their services. These guys are organized and professional. The installation went fast and smooth, no garbage left on site. Personal thank you to Oleg, who did an awesome job on helping us to choose the right windows, suggested different styles and made our replacement project "painless": from the A to Z. Definitely would recommend to a friend and will be using their service again!

After having over 15 estimates done we decided to go with Horizon Home Developments. And we are glad we did!! First of all because of their professionalism: Michael did a great job on explaining how everything will be happening, what we should be prepared for and what to do before the fence will be replaced. He didn’t only simply offer us to put fence pillars into the ground (how it was done before); instead he said putting them into concrete that should extend fence life excessively. He also checked how it was done and if they were deep enough. Second of all, we are happy we’ve chosen these guys because they are not using bobcat – instead they are using a little hand-operated drilling machine. Our yard is developed and we have loads of beautiful flowers and fruit trees in there... It would’ve been quite painful for us to see them gone! And third of all price played its role. Even though these guys offer not the cheapest fences, the price is considerable. Another nice thing about Horizon Home Developments is that they accept all methods of payments! Team works fast, very organized. A trash bin had been removed from our driveway first thing in the morning after our old fence was demolished; the fence itself was replaced in 3 days + 1 day to demolish and 1 day for preparation. Our new great fence looks SUPER nice, clean, well-built and stylish! Great job!!

Loved the fakt that guys came in on time. They did an estimate and only after asked me if I'd like to proceed with this disposal. Everything was done quick and easy, I didn't have to touch anything. I am very glad that this company not only does the disposal it also recycles when possible. I hope, I won't need to use the service again, however I WILL recommend them to a friend!! Well done.

Got my carpet cleaned in a timely manner. It looks good and smells wonderfull now! I was suggested the better way of cleaning for my carpet in order to get a max results. Defenetely this is a better company than some that I used before.

I had my front door installed in mid July and was VERY EXCITED. The door is beutiful and very rich looking. Jeremy was very helpful and allowed us to take our time and choose the right one. I also like the fact that they have a long time warranty. However, there was a delay in door manufacturing/preparation/installation (2 month in total). Than the door lock wasn't installed properly and I had an issue with it for OVER 3 weeks - I literally couldn't close the door. It also was quite difficult to get in-touch with any one who could solve that issue. On my 6th phone call I finally was able to invite someone to fix it. Don't think will be doing windows with them... Unfortunately.

I am very pleased I chose these guys in October. They work fast, accurate and very conscientiously. There were no hidden charges, whenever they found something what was not on the list that had to be replaced they told me right away. I LOVE the fact that I don't have to pay any extra money to roofer's office slavers! Great job, guys!
