We had a great experience building with Trico Homes. Our sales reps Erica and Dave were amazing to work with. Anytime we had questions about anything everyone we worked with from Trico was more than willing to take time to respond. We love our new home and would most definetly build with Trico again in the future.

We went with Trico homes to develop our first home and our lifelong home. From the beginning when we met with the sales rep at the Showhome to the end when we finally got possession (and even now during the period of after getting the home), Trico has been receptive and responsive to our needs. Ali was our sales rep at the beginning of our journey and he made buying a new home so smooth and so easy to do! We were nervous but with his support it was an easy experience. Our home finished in October and Trico was so good at also keeping us updated on the changes and progress that was happening!

The quality of the home is fantastic and we are so happy we chose to go with Trico.

This will be a long lasting home for our family to grow in and we are happy Trico was a part of that experience.

Trico homes has had me go thru multiple people within their company getting higher each time to solve every problem and every time time I had to explain how they were making this project harder and harder they were not honest with me unfortunately I only found out a year later when they did not follow thru on what they said they would do. When it came to communication trico does not get back in a timely manner. I had to go to a lawyer In order to communicate with trico that is how bad it got only then they started to pay attention. I didn’t go into much detail as it’s a long winded story but hope this gets to the point.

Conveniently they forgot to give me a satisfaction survey at 30 days and 6 months I’m sure they will forget come one year as well but they only want good reviews

Working with Trico home was good experience. They guided me through their building process and were able to resolve all my concerns on time. Trico Homes staff was really knowledgeable and responsive. They made out first time home buying process really easy. I would recommend Trico Homes to everyone.
