I discovered Tigro Tile & Grout Restoration through Home Stars, my favourite way of searching reputable companies to do a job. Ramiro and Andres arrived to my home with materials and drop sheets in hand, ready to start the job. Ramiro explained all details about how he was going to clean the 2 full bathrooms and 1 shower, laundry room floor, and entrance at the front door. They both had a huge job ahead, but finished the job in 2 days. Everything shined, in fact, it was almost blinding ! All the showers and floors gleamed with perfection. It was a treat and really nice to hear the beautiful Latin music playing in the background. I would highly recommend Tigro Tile for anyone that cares about having the job done right. Ramiro wears his pride on his sleeve, his work is his bread and butter, and his passion. You will not be disappointed with their work, I can surely promise you that. I will continue to use this company forever. Satisfaction guaranteed !!!

Juan arrived at my residence ready to tackle the job! He was very professional and cleaned up the work area after he was done he even washed down my porch where he was tackling my last bbq to be cleaned. He was thoughtful and delivered excellent service with a smile. I would definately use Bbq Pro Inc again in the future. Same time next year guys !

Once again I called out to Outdoor Lighting Perspectives and they delivered quickly, without hesitation. Carrington answered the call in his cheery, chippy and delightful manner, ready to help, and Tom showed up ready to take on the job. Tom was an absolute gem, got to work immediately and completed the task in no time. I always look forward to any job this company does because its always done with care and excellence. I look forward to calling them back for the next task and Im looking forward to seeing them at the National Home Show this weekend!

I was very hesitant to have my ducts cleaned, as my last experience was a disaster. I researched duct cleaners in the area and I was impressed with all the positive reviews and many years of experience they had. Robert arrived right on schedule, with a smile and ready to work. He removed his shoes, I didn’t need to ask, and he quickly proceeded to check out all the rooms so he would not miss any return air vents and anything he needed to clean out. I left him alone to let him do his thing. He cleaned all the ducts, vents and return air vents so professionally with attention and care. He was meticulous!!! Robert takes considerable pride in his work and delivering excellent care to your home. He pays exceptional attention to your walls and baseboards and ceiling, being very careful not to damage anything... love his care to detail. I had my ducts cleaned, all vents and return air vents, furnace cleaned and more. I was very pleased with the service and will be using Capos Duct Cleaning Services in the future.

I fell behind schedule this year in cleaning out my troughs. I tried a few different companies and I just got promised a call back. Thanks to using the Home Stars app, I was lucky to fall on In2 Blue Window Cleaning services. From the very start Julian understood my concerns. He showed up on time and in fine form ready to work. He was efficient and clean, keeping in mind what my concerns were at all times! Thank you for putting a smile on my face and giving me peace of mind. I had Chris come by for the first yearly tune up and cleaning of our 3 brand new gas fireplaces, which were purchased at National Fireplaces. He is absolutely amazing at his job. Chris was full of wonderful conversation and smiles, while cleaning our fireplaces. He brings many years of experience and he made our fireplaces look like they did the first day they were installed. He is passionate about what he does and puts pride in his work. The phone staff are so pleasant to talk to on the phone also. I am delighted with the overall cleaning and care from Chris and I will definitely use them again next year for service and cleaning

My husband and I decided to venture out to the home show this year to look for some finishes for our newly renovated home. We were so fortunate to fall across the booth for Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. At the booth, we saw Pamela standing at full attention with a welcoming smile. We quickly were interested and ventured over to her. 4 months later, our lighting oasis was complete. Pamela and Peter visited our home a couple of times to discuss our lighting needs and they returned with Andrew and Nikki to create our backyard transformation!!! Andrew was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his work ethic. Andrew and Nikki were fast, efficient and hard working. They completed the job quickly. My family and I, enjoy spending countless hours in our yard that is now elegantly illuminated by our lustrous lighting.

I have used Parker’s Window Cleaning for 2 years now and I will continue to use them forever. The owner Chlöe, is as sweet as apple pie and will make every effort to assist your needs in every way. Her staff, especially the ‘power couple’ Shelley and Mike, are amazing and adorable! I will continue using Parker’s forever!!!

John was very professional and passionate about his work. He arrived early and very eager to start the job. He was very knowledgeable about locks and doors and offered fantastic advice on many things. I would definitely recommend John and Protection Plus Lock Division to everyone. Not to mention his adorable Australian accent is too cute!

Once again, Kelly and Owen came through for me this past Christmas 2013. I was scheduled to do my annual inspection and cleaning of my gas fireplace in mid December, and it was done to perfection. Experienced technician arrived on time, was very knowledgable, and kept the area tidy(even removed his shoes:) Technician advised that "glowing embers" could be replaced. I was not sure what this was, so once again, the owners Kelly and Owen helped me out. They had a technician come by my house a few days later and replace and install the embers. Again, excellent dedication to superb customer service and a real pride taken in their desire to please. Right in time for the power outage that some of us had to experience, as I provided a warm house and food for family members and friends in need. Happy 2014!

After being turned down by two companies which deal in chimney cleaning and gas fireplace cleaning, I landed on A-1 Chimney Cleaning Repair. Expecting another rejection, I was surprised when Kelly offered his assistance and immediate attention to the problem at hand. He was delightful and enthusiastic to help me with my chimney and gas fireplace. Shortly after our conversation, Kelly sent over a gentleman named Bob for a free estimate. Bob came with years of experience and knowledge. He didn't waste any time. He advised me on what was important to get done and what I could ignore and not worry over. Bob looked over the gas fireplace and got on the phone to have someone who was gas certified to come over ASAP to have it cleaned(had not cleaned it in 7years). Bob was out the door on his next call and shortly after, I received a call from Kelly. He was already on a mission to send over Neville to clean my fireplace. Neville came the next day. He was very professional, polite, and smelled great!(he was wearing Hillfiger cologne). The rate was reasonable and the job was extremely well done! My fireplace looked brand new. I plan to use this company again. I have already set up an appointment for 2013 for a gas fireplace cleaning. After Neville left, Kelly called to confirm if service was completed and if I was happy. Now that's " impeccable service". I assure you will not be disappointed. Happy Holidays!!!
