I had a great experience with these guys a few years back. They checked over a home in Mississauga that I was potentially going to purchase but they uncovered a few issues which I completely overlooked. In the end it helped me make a sound decision to not purchase the home. But had it not been for the extra help I'm not sure what the outcome would have been. I was very pleased with the clear, unbiased, and honest assessment given to me.

A close colleague told me about this company with a very unique collection of lights at non-wallet-busting prices. The website is beautifuI and immediately i picked out a stunning chandelier that fit my dining area perfectly! I was a little hesitant with them being an online store but i learned they have a commercial store where you can actually see the lights in person. I'm a touchy feely person so it was a must to pay them a visit before I put my hard-earned moolah (cash) down. The showroom was basic and nothing fancy but well laid-out and comfortable. Let's just say it wasn't a "roll-out-the-red-carpet because you're the queen" sort of place. So I immediately fell in love with the chandelier I had chosen..... and another two lights which looked so much better in person! Alas, I had just changed many of my lights just a year ago so it wouldn't be a wise financial decision to repeat the process so soon. Anyhoo after coming home and pondering it with my partner for 3 days, we bit (or clicked!) the bullet and ordered online. Thankfully they had a xmas sale with additional discount and free shipping! Two days later the brown UPS van pulled up to my door and the rest is history :)

I brought a nice queen mattress from them and had a good experience. First of all, I am extremely happy with the mattress itself. I love crawling into bed now!! Delivery was on-time and polite. The store itself was laid out well and salespeople are willing to politely answer questions. Nothing to really complain about but I did not find it an off-the-chart-spectacular-write-home-to-mom type experience either.

I love at first sight how the furniture is stylish and trendy but the quality is not quite there in my honest opinion. I still bought because my partner just absolutely couldn't stop talking about it. It isn't broken or anything but the construction isn't very durable or sturdy. Also, when you walk into the store don't expect to be greeted or asked if you need any assistance. We just helped ourselves.

Went in for some 9' vertical blinds for my condo and was happy with the selection and ease of ordering. The staff were helpful and the order came in on time too. The slight problems started when after 4 months the rectangular plastic notch cut-out at the top of each blind that inserts into the hook, started to wear out and crack. The entire vertical blind is held up by that one notch and so when that breaks, the whole (single) blind falls. Several blinds failed and came crashing down. So I guess I should say I wasn't impressed by the longevity, but it was a rental condo so I didn't mind too much. What did semi-impress me was when I went back into the store they had a great solution all ready and waiting for me! They gave me Free-of-charge a little packet of 5 or 6 metal clips that basically clip right onto the broken blind. The metal clip has a rectangular notch punched out so I was basically able to restore all the broken blinds and re-hang them in 10 minutes. I found it ingenious! Though, we need to remember that they shouldn't have broken in the first place either!

Great store to find leftovers and odds and ends. You may have to sift thru a bit of junk and dirty stuff but that's the fun of it all! They organize the store well and do the best job they can considering most of this stuff is second-hand used product.

I had to do my basement floors on the cheap so I went here. It is great that they always have end-of-line items where they have 300sqft of this or 500sqft of that. I managed to find a very nice style I liked that was luckily on clearance, so I grabbed it! They also sell a ton of other flooring from many brands too. I will go there again next time!

I had a brief but nice experience with the people here. I purchased a kitchen faucet and a few bathroom faucets too. They have wide selection over several brands, nicely laid out and explained everything to me clearly. never did I really expect to spend so much on just faucets but when we really got into it I was blown away and just fell in love with the design! I would recommend this store because they were helpful and friendly.

H2O has an absolutely stunning showroom in etobicoke. They don't cram everything into a small space like other places I've been to. With their little bathroom setups in the showroom I find it lets me visualize how it would really look in my own house. The salesman there (I forget his name, sorry) guided me through the selection of faucets, cabinets, and the especially tricky custom shower door that I needed to get made for my unusual space. I was grateful as there was no way could i have figured this all out myself. My bathroom is a strange shape and he was especially patient to go through all my drawings and make his recommendations. Thank You!

Great and straightforward company to deal with. I went to a west-end K&B store (which I should not reveal right now because I have a separate review coming up on him!) and since they didn’t have it on display, they sent me to the Tidal showroom not too far up the road. in about 20 minutes I was there at Tidal where a young lady greeted me, showed me through their showroom, and patiently answered all my questions (and believe you me I came well prepared with technical questions, drawings, and the whole shebang!!). I was informed about all the details of the product, which btw is beautiful when you see it for real! She even gave me a color sample to take home and compare with my tiles even though my heart was already sold on the vanity (though she didn’t know it at the time ;) The next day I told my renovator to order it for me and it came exactly one week later. When my contractor was installing it even he mentioned how he liked the design and commented on the nice finish of the wood. My niece who is an interior designer came over for a dinner party a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it!
