Do not waste your time. The sales are not worth the wait and terrible customer service. I have never worked so hard to give a business my money. Getting a response is nearly impossible unless you threaten with contacting head office or BBB. I was given a quote and followed up immediately to accept it. I heard nothing for two weeks and did not hear back until I started calling nearly every day. I still do not have my blinds (Sept 30th) and the order will likely not be even ready for installation until October 30th. I agreed to the quote on August 12th. The order was placed late, and they do not address questions when asked. Unless you want to wait and wait and wait, find another business. They also mistyped the dimensions and tried to charge me for the mistake. Here's hoping there are not issues with the actual blinds or installation but at this point, I would not be shocked.
