My wife and I bought the Melbourne side table from this store and the delivery guys were terrible they left the furniture in my hallway and refused to bring it down to the basement. They said I was going to break their backs on the first delivery. I went to the store to get the delivery fee back and they wouldn't do anything for me. Last time I shop at this place.

I bought almost the entire line of Hamburg - two dining tables, chairs, sideboard, king bed, bedside tables, two chests etc. Very satisfied about the rustic looking of the furnitures. The Vaughan store manager Adam is extremely professional, friendly and patient. He provided us exceptional customer services and taught us how to take care of the furnitures. Since our order is fairly large, he followed our order with the warehouse closely during and after delivery, and Adam personally came to my house when I had a little problem with the sideboard door and Cologne bench. Great experience with Adam and Structube. Highly recommended!

I love at first sight how the furniture is stylish and trendy but the quality is not quite there in my honest opinion. I still bought because my partner just absolutely couldn't stop talking about it. It isn't broken or anything but the construction isn't very durable or sturdy. Also, when you walk into the store don't expect to be greeted or asked if you need any assistance. We just helped ourselves.

Beautiful affordable and trendy furniture. Their store hours are weird and their computer system is really old. I've been very satisfied with my purchases so far. It's only been a few months. Their customer service sucks though!!!!

I decided to surprise my wife by getting a new chandelier to replace our current one. I have heard of Structube before through a friend of mine and decided to check out this place.

As soon as I entered the store, I had a great positive feeling inside with its modern contemporary feel to it, matched by the products they were selling. I was greeted by a helpful and cheerful staff member and told them that I was looking for a nice modern looking chandelier for our dining room based on my budget.

I was directed to three choices, of which I chose one which looked the best. The look and feel of it seemed great as well as the excellent build quality. I was also surprised that this item was on sale which made it even a better deal.

I will be keeping this place in mind for future purchases.

My shopping experience at Structube (Woodbridge Store) was fantastic. The manager and staff were amazing and their customer service was superior. They spent a lot of time with me and got to know me and my personal decorating preference. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything; actually they were very honest and gave me great advice. I was always greeted by my name as I entered their store, a nice personal touch. Excellent price point and good quality products. I purchased a dining room table, ten chairs, sideboard, coffee table, paintings and accessories. Without hesitation they made any exchanges necessary. They also let me use their floor models to test at my house. Which was fabulous!! I am just getting started…I will continue to purchase from this store. Honestly customer service is the most important thing to me and I have to say I rate them at 10++.
