I have seen TipTopTrough signs and vehicles out and about all over the GTA, and when the need arose for some relevant work at my house, I wanted to give them a try. The result was nothing short of the highest level of service, workmanship and affordability. The work was focused on the gable fascia and I can't thank TipTopTrough enough for their timely work, as we needed the work done quick before the winter set in. TipTopTrough's flexibility in accommodating our needs was overly appreciated. All in all, this is a strong 10/10 rating and TipTopTroughs has earned my business for any future needs. A++++!!!!

After such positive prior experiences with Arrow Furniture on numerous occasions, when it was time for my wife and I to take on another redecorating project, the WHO TO CALL question was already answered. This time around we were updating our family room, which consisted of all new furnishing and accessories, and Arrow Furniture was up to the task. Arrow Furniture's resident Interior Decorator, who provides end-to-end consultation, was easy to reach, schedule and even easier to work with. The level of expertise is unparalleled in the retail furniture space, and this type of service is as innovative as it gets. Instead of my wife and I having to forge through dozens of ideas, styles and manufacturers, Arrow Furniture took the guess and leg work out and tabled (mind the pun), several options that we conferred on as a group until finalizing the design. We are extremely happy with the timely and cost-effective result and would not hesitate to use both Arrow Furniture for product, and their built-in consultation service for advice, again and again, as well as refer to friends and family. This type of value-add is almost unheard of in today's tough environment. Thanks again Arrow!!!!!

Roofing is an area the general population, including myself, do not typically have expertise in. As such, we put a large level or trust into our Roof providers. I recently went through a full roof (plywood/shingling) /eaves replacement at my primary residence, done by Homeworld Roofing. Homeworld came based on a personal referral, and I was not only IMPRESSED with the final product and everything in between, but WOWED! All my hesitations were eliminated after Homeworld came over for an initial consultation, and all my questions were able to be answered, in thorough details, and an amazing plan that made sense for my replacement was put into action. The work was completed with a very short lead time, and the quality of work was a 10/10. In addition, the speed of work, without sacrificing quality, the overall cost, innovative solutioning, and the execution as to plan was bangon!!!! After such a positive previous experience with Steven and Clera Windows & Doors, I felt no hesitation in once again procuring Steven's services, this time for basement windows. I have just had the windows installed, and once again, I am extremely happy with the professionalism, problem solving and quality execution of our order, from the product to the install. Steven was able to work through MASSIVE challenges in the face of the Covid-era. Faced with huge supply chain issues, Steven continued to be in touch on a very periodic basis, providing timely updates, and keeping my confidence in both himself and Clera at a peak level. Steven's ability to overcome these obstacles, and still deliver a superior customer experience is something to be admired!!! The products speak for themselves, as high quality and asethetically pleasing, and the service element a 10/10! When my wife and I moved into our new home, we needed a full flooring revamp. We shopped around and landed, via our GC, at the Hardwood Flooring Stores. We worked with Richard Barclay and within 10 minutes we knew we landed in the right place, and shortly after, felt extremely comfortable with the product, the service and best of all the price!!! The process of picking the hardwood was educational, creative and we walked out of the store confident in our purchase. It is 2 years later and absolutely zero issues, nothing but happiness. When we moved into our first house, built in 1971, my wife and I were extremely overwhelmed with the list of neccesary and aesthetic home improvements we needed to get our new home to the state we desired. They consulted on exactly what was a must have vs a nice to have, provided multiple solutions for each item, and really went to bat to make the work affordable. Consistent delivery on results, timing and working within our budgetary constraints left us KNOWING we went with the right company for the job.
