After discovering all of the remote work related problems, one problem was solved and made easy by onyx team. I have one less thing to worry about by contracting them to provide level 1 support for all of our employees working from home. It's a new experience for my company but a pleasant one. My technical point of contact is easy to talk to and has now started understanding the business need really well. If you have employees spread all over, I can recommend onyx cloud team to be able to provide support needed.

Dishwasher valve had to be replaced and it was done properly. I'm happy with the service. But the part was just a few dollars worth and labor charge was a bit higher than i would've liked and included charged travel time. My advice is to inquire how labour charge will be calculated before having any service performed.

I damaged my expensive HP Spectre laptop and I was worried that physical damage would void my warranty. Ralph helped me get a replacement touchscreen assembly during Covid at very fast speed. He also hooked me up with a loaner for the time my computer was down. Overall i'm very happy that I reached out to PCNIX because not only they saved my expensive laptop but also took care of immediate needs with a loaner. I hope i never need them but if I do, I know where to go.

I hired angel to move my furniture and boxes. Three men showed up that day and were professional at what they did. They wasted no time in getting down to business asking what was going and what was staying. They took very few break for the hard work they were doing. Price isn't cheap but you get what you pay for. Recommended.
