These guys know how to do it right. I was shopping around for duct cleaning services and wasn't sure which company to use. I saw the reviews online for this company and decided to give them a shot. From the first point of contact through the phone with the receptionist to the guys who came to the house to perform the job, their service was quick, friendly and professional. Being a new homeowner, the guys who came to our house went above and beyond by taking the time to explain to me what to look out for going forward with maintenance tips and advice, and when the next time I'll need a duct cleaning (not at least for a few years apparently). Their high scores on Homestars is well deserved and I won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Ken was the main person that we dealt with for our hardwood installation and staircase staining project at our home. He was very professional and informative with everything about hardwood floor installation. Although a bit hard to reach at times, he was available at the important parts of the project (at the beginning to get the staff started, inspecting in between, and coming at the end to inspect) to ensure things went well. Overall, his staff worked hard, was fast and efficient. However, the team missed a few staining spots which we are still currently waiting for him to get back to us to fix (hence I can only give an 8/10). Overall, a good job and good value.

The A/C at my tenant's home stopped cooling during the hottest time during the summer. George and his team were very accommodating in setting up a convenient time with my tenants and getting the new A/C unit installed efficiently. Both Kevin and Tiger (HVAC techs) were very friendly and George was always responsive. What impressed me the most was the excellent service provided by the admin/back office staff - Joyce and Shirley. The two ladies were very patient, friendly and very responsive to questions that I had. I would recommend my friends and family to Spring Home.
