Canco Hardwood Flooring Ltd

Ken and his team are very experienced at what they do. They first removed the existing ceramic tile, carpet and hardwood in our bungalow, removed the debris and then installed 8" wide by 10 ft., and 8 ft. long lengths of walnut planks. They were clean, precise and fast and even finished the project ahead of schedule. We have had the same product installed in our previous home by another contractor but Ken's skills and experience impressed and pleased us very much.

The Restons

We live in Whitby and we also live in a Semi and our neibgour before she moved in Ken and his men came and i watched them while they worked and how clean they left the job site every night this is big to us we have dogs. Once they were done i went next door and they did a fantastic job. We called Ken and he came out soon as he could and was very nice to us.We had a few other guys come out but none were as thorough.He invited us to his shop and showed us his collection of many different designs.It sure was an eye opener we had gone to many flooring stores in Durham all the way to Mississauga and weren't happy with any of them .We would walk out as confused as we went in this was going to be a big investment and you cant change your mind after its done. We are very happy and love the work and the craftsmanship that was put into the floors and the stairs.Again thanks sorry about the late review we love our house now.

Ken was the main person that we dealt with for our hardwood installation and staircase staining project at our home. He was very professional and informative with everything about hardwood floor installation. Although a bit hard to reach at times, he was available at the important parts of the project (at the beginning to get the staff started, inspecting in between, and coming at the end to inspect) to ensure things went well. Overall, his staff worked hard, was fast and efficient. However, the team missed a few staining spots which we are still currently waiting for him to get back to us to fix (hence I can only give an 8/10). Overall, a good job and good value.

They ripped up all the carpets and had asian teak laid in our house. They also supplied the backsplash for the kitchen and did a beautiful job. He had to disassemble the staircase, brought it to their warehouse and re-sanded and finished, varnished it carefully so they can finish it nicer. Excellent service and very reasonable price.. Ken (owner) has his own warehouse so can even custom finish wood as per colour requests.
