Grand Alarm installed an alarm system in my new house. Amanda Powar was my contact and she ensured everything went smoothly and without a hitch. The technician from Grand Alarm came to our house and spent almost 8 hours in doing the installation, being very meticulous in ensuring everything was done properly and correctly. Before asking us to sign for work completion, the technician ensured the system was running flawlessly by running several tests. The final step of the installation was for the technician to give us training on the use of the alarm, which was done professionally and patiently -- we went over the procedure several times until we knew exactly what needed to be done to arm and disarm the alarm. We contacted Tom to conduct a home inspection for our 30 day Tarion form. During the three hours that Tom conducted the inspection, he was extremely meticulous and very professional in ensuring all aspects of our house was inspected. He walked my wife and I through our home and patiently explained everything to us, always inviting us to ask questions or seek clarification. Tom uncovered several items that we would surely have missed ourselves and made us aware of things we should look out for in the future.
