Every year this company sends me a bill. My contract has been cancelled since 2017 and I paid all the outstanding balances up to 2019 to the amount of $508.50 and $344.65 for 2018. My line has been disconnected since 2017. Even though I have called to inform them to cancel my line as a result of the major renovation in my home, this company still finds a way to intimidate me to pay them money. Their agents are sloppy and they do not know how to do proper documentation when a customer asks for cancellation. Buyer beware! Who sends a bill for a home that they didnt monitor and cannot prove that they are monitoring it when theres no line connection? They find a way to squeeze money out of me when they know they didnt provide any services. I have all my receipts that they sent to me up to 2019 July. So, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
