An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We contacted Tom to conduct a home inspection for our 30 day Tarion form. During the three hours that Tom conducted the inspection, he was extremely meticulous and very professional in ensuring all aspects of our house was inspected. He walked my wife and I through our home and patiently explained everything to us, always inviting us to ask questions or seek clarification.
Tom uncovered several items that we would surely have missed ourselves and made us aware of things we should look out for in the future. His report was very well writted with plenty of photographs and several informative appendicies.
