Grand Alarm installed an alarm system in my new house. Amanda Powar was my contact and she ensured everything went smoothly and without a hitch.
The technician from Grand Alarm came to our house and spent almost 8 hours in doing the installation, being very meticulous in ensuring everything was done properly and correctly. Before asking us to sign for work completion, the technician ensured the system was running flawlessly by running several tests.
The final step of the installation was for the technician to give us training on the use of the alarm, which was done professionally and patiently -- we went over the procedure several times until we knew exactly what needed to be done to arm and disarm the alarm.
