We looked and researched for an industry best for the inspection of our newly purchased home. Having read the positive reviews we decided to give clear view a try. Tom came on time, prepared and with a smile. We were thoroughly impressed by his candid, professionalisms and most of all solid knowledge of inspecting the unknown.
Tom explained every aspect of every corner of the house to us in terms we could understand. When his reports for air quality came back with mould in the house, we called Tom twice, once for myself and once for him to explain the findings to my wife. Tom explained things the way he would to a family member. He put us as ease by looking for things we didn’t know to look for.
