Hossein and his team did a really great job on the potlights!  The house is so much brighter now yet it feels like a natural brightness.  [Pros] -Honest and very well priced.   -Fast! They installed 30+ potlights within 3-4 hours!  -He's a Licensed contractor -- peace of mind! -Easy to do business with!  I think I had easily a dozen questions for Hossein and he kept on answering them happily. It was like talking to a friend. -I couldn't decide which light colour to pick (warm, daylight) so he put on up for me so I can see how it looks -- made the decision so much easier.  Plus, he installed the 3-in-1 potlights where you can change the colour if needed - future proof!  -He moved and installed a couple of my existing light fixtures to another room and he didn't charge me for it!  He just happily did it.    -they cleaned up the mess which was minimal to begin with. [Cons] I really can't think of anything!  He was so transparent about everything. I would definitely recommend Potlight Expert and I'm looking forward to using them again  

I had a leak in my garage that came from the roof. With the severe winter this year, there was a lot of snow and ice build up. When we had plus temperatures one day, it started melting and started seeping into my garage ceiling. I called around for estimates but to my surprise many contractors either didn't call me back or advised that they wouldn't climb the roof because of the ice/snow. Fortunately, I found Coverall Roofing. Mark and his partner were super helpful and came by for a free estimate. Mark took the time to explain the problem and the best option to repair it. There was no pressure from him. He ended replacing some shingles and adding additional ice and water protection. Although I can't see the actual repairs (too high on the roof for me) I trust the work that he's done. I definitely would recommend him and his company to others.

I bought a full queen size bedroom furniture set from this company. The furniture was nice and seems to be good quality so far. The staff was easy to deal with. One problem with the dresser is it came with the wrong knobs. It took a few phone calls and a visit to the store to have them a send a replacement. Overall, for the price it's worth.

I bought a 3 piece sofa set from this company and overall am happy. The sofa's are a few years old now and still look great. The cushion density and softness is still good (no sinking). The price was really good so I thought they wouldn't last long but I'm happily mistaken. The staff was pretty friendly and I was able to negotiate a bit. They even through in a square area rug for free. Delivery was free too. Only call out I have is installation. These sofa's required installation of the leg/feet to the sofas. It required a power screw driver. They never mentioned it in the store so be sure to talk ask about it. Eventually, I was able to convince the delivery guy to help install it (normally they charge for it). Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and now I'll be smarter about the installation.

My HP Laser Jet printer ran out of ink. Buying a new original cartridge was very expensive and not worth it (it was actually cheaper to buy a new printer). However, my printer was good so I didn't want to through it away. I found this company on Kijiji and purchased a rebuilt cartridge. It worked great. At first, it did print a lot of streaks but after cleaning it a bit and a few dozen prints, the streaks are gone. It's been over a year and the cartridge is still printing well. The 2 folks that were working there were also very helpful and friendly.

I had shutters and blinds installed from these guys a few years ago. It was in the main floor of the house. I must say they did a great job. The quality of the shutters and blinds were good. The main thing that I really liked is that it's life time warranty and they actually mean it. A few years after installation my shutters were becoming uneven. I hesitantly called them and they actually came to fix it. I did have to call a few times to remind them and follow up but still. Just be sure to keep your receipt!

I bought a 3 piece sofa set from this company in January 2013. The 3 piece sofa set came with a sofa bed. When it arrived, the sofa bed had obvious manufacturing defects! 1. The sofa dipped in the middle. 2. There was a visible gap between the back cushion and the bottom cushion 3. The sofa felt extremely hard compared to the others. The salesman said it will feel identical to the other sofa's and you wouldn't even know it was a sofa bed 4. The metal wire and bar under the sofa keeps banging the floor. 5. There was a spot of glue on the arm chair After weeks of complaining and calling (they don't always pick up), they finally sent the manufacturer to come to take a look. He was very rude and said nothing is wrong and it's normal. He said the Salesman was just trying to make a sale so you shouldn't have fully taken is word for it. We were shocked! We finally called the owner (Gagan) and he actually came to our house. He agreed these were clear defects and would send a truck over in a few days to pick up it up. The truck never came and we couldn't get a hold of Gagan. He was out of town for a month and no one else would help. They said we would need to wait for Gagan to return. I actually waited the month and got through to Gagan who said he will call me back. He never did. I'm fed up with this company and their sneaky tactics. They pretend to use different names so they can escape talking to you. Basically, we're stuck with these sofas now and the staff does not even care to help. They misrepresented their sofa beds and all they care about is making a sale. BUYER BEWARE!!! They have 2 locations so I would avoid both locations 220 Humberline Dr, Etobicoke, ON 76 Eddystone Ave. North York, ON

Tom did a great job on the inspection. Was very patient and answered all of my questions happily. The thermal pictures are pretty cool as well. I do wish I had more of them taken though but that's okay. I would definitely recommend to others.

I signed up with Grand Alarms when I purchased my new home. Overall, I am happy with their service. I've had a few false alarms and was notified. A few things that they could improve upon is: 1. Customer Service -- they don't always provide a consistent service and answers. 2. Be open and clear about the customer not owning any of the equipment even after the contract is over.
