Alarm Systems review in

I signed up with Grand Alarms when I purchased my new home. Overall, I am happy with their service. I've had a few false alarms and was notified. A few things that they could improve upon is:
1. Customer Service -- they don't always provide a consistent service and answers.
2. Be open and clear about the customer not owning any of the equipment even after the contract is over.
