we were in need of replacement of our furnace. City Home Comfort responded in a timely manner. Provided competitive quote and discussed product specifications, terms and warranties to our satisfaction. Technicians were on site, installed the furnace and humidifier, tested and communicated upon completion. the office followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the product and services. we highly recommend City Home Comfort for customers in similar need

i posted above service request on Homestars. Rob responded within the hour. i explained the problem and he gave me the estimate and we agreed for next day visit. Danny came and troubleshot the root cause of the problem and fixed it. He discussed a permanent solution and provided the estimate. Danny followed COVID-19 protocols. i am satisfied with the workmanship and will schedule for the permanent fix in couple of days.

Gary undertook a few assignments at our house including installation of vanity & sink, toilets, door and casing. He was meticulous, punctual, skilled, knowledgeable and desire to perform an excellent job to customer satisfaction. we are very pleased with his workmanship.
