Gutterforce replaced all of our eavestrough, installed guards and moved our front downspout to a different spot. Mark was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The installers were very friendly and efficient. We are very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend Mark and his team.

I called and Steven came the next morning to look at our problem and provide a quote. Steven and a colleague completed the job the following day, including obtaining required permits and co-ordinating with Toronto Hydro. Our broken clevis was removed and replaced and non-working outdoor lights were safely capped off. We were very happy with the service. Steven explained everything very clearly and the work was completed quickly. We will definitely contact Your Home Electricians for any future electrical work.

We called Dimitri yesterday afternoon and he was at our house bright and early this morning. After seeing photos, he didn't think our nearly 100 year old lock could be fixed and planned to install a separate deadbolt. However, he managed to adjust and fix the existing lock/deadbolt and install a new cylinder so it all works smoothly. Dimitar is very professional, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Peter is very responsive and professional. Based on our telephone conversation he wasn't sure if we needed a new heating element or a new thermostat or both. He ordered both parts and set up an appointment to complete the repair as soon as he knew when the parts would be available. It turned out we only needed the heater so he said he would just return the thermostat. Peter also, on his own time, responded to a question I had about our dishwasher not draining, looked at photos I emailed and helped try to diagnose the problem and come up with a plan for fixing/replacing it (all of this during the Covid lockdown). We will absoluty call Modern Appliance for our future appliance repair needs.

The fan in my outdoor A/C unit stopped turning some time during the night. I called Air Heating Plus at 8:00am and Renato was at my house by 9:00! Very friendly and professional, Renato changed the capacitor and got my unit up and running. Highly recommend!

Luc and his team recently replaced our cedar roof, repaired our cedar siding and installed a new skylight in our 80 year old Toronto home. We could not be happier with the work. Luc was up on the roof twice before the work started and again while the work was being done. His team, which has been with him for 10 years (we confirmed before we hired Luc's that he does not sub contract roofing work) was excellent. Luc and his team are all very professional. I was very impressed with now well my garden and leaded glass windows were protected while the work was being done. The site was cleaned up every day after the work was done and when they left you wouldn't have even known they were there, except for the beautiful new roof they left behind! We certainly would not hesitate to recommend Luc to any of our friends. For any future work we will definitely be contacting Luc.
