Returned my call promptly, confirmed a date and time.arrived on time .work started immediately. Good organized supply of tools. Watched him work. Knew what he was doing, began the fixing process. Pointed out the steps to make it safe and began. A service person that came on time with knowledge of the product, made an impression that this guy you could trust. He was finished and cleaned up in half an hour for a very reasonable price. His contact information goes in my house file for the future. Peter was professional and prompt. Solved my fridge leaking problem with a simple solution at an affordable cost. I got another quote, but felt Peter was more trustworthy and diagnosed the problem better.

I sent an email to Modern Appliances about our our malfunctioning electric range and Peter was very quick to call to know more about the issue. It was determined that the cooktop heating element needed to be replaced and Peter quickly ordered the part and when received, came over to install it. Peter arrived as scheduled and was very professional and neat in doing the work. He is also very friendly and great to talk to. I will not hesitate to recommend Peter and Modern Appliances to others.

Peter came over Jan 05 to install our new dishwasher. We were VERY VERY happy with the service Peter provided!
This install was complicated because of the size of the opening for the dishwasher and the fact that the parts provided by the manufacturer and our existing connections (from the original builder) were not the greatest. Even though our install presented difficulties, Peter did an absolutely fantastic job. He is extremely professional, personable, and a perfectionist.
Peter made sure that the installed product looked and worked perfectly!!
