A small in-house move after renos, but Maya quickly booked us and the job was done carefully and skillfully by Berlin and Jefferson - and with good humour and interaction that made the whole experience an actual pleasure. The rate was competitive and reasonable and there was absolutely no attempt at upcharges or extras. Will use them again whenever we have a moving job.
Jason and his people did a superb job with our reno. Very easy to work with and accommodating to requests and adjustments. Always cleaned up at the end of each day - much appreciated. Worked on our project steadily - no gaps where they went to other jobs. Very very thorough work at a reasonable cost. Would recommend without hesitation

Toilet installation - quick and effective
Needed a toilet to be removed and another installed. Got an appointment very quickly. Winford did the job very swiftly and effectively - even though the new toilet to be installed (a particular Kohler unit) required considerable extra work for the installation. Many thanks!

Small fridge. Excellent selection and delivery to a tight space
Needed a small fridge for 3rd floor apt (upstairs). CAS had excellent selection and expert delivery thru some tight spaces. Very happy with the fridge and the delivery people’s work

Two fridges were having trouble - Evgeny fixed both effectively - needed one part for one job, and he economically obtained it. Very timely and prompt, and a pleasure to deal with him. No attempt at up-sell or extras - in fact it was clear he was trying to same me money!

Excellent service and convenient units
Needed some storage to put excess items as we put our condo up for sale. Robin and her associates at SelfStor were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the units themselves are extremely convenient to enter and load. Very satisfied.
Mice control and extermination
Joe did an excellent and thorough job dealing with a mouse infestation. You could tell he had a sharp and experienced eye for where the problem could be coming from and how to deal with it. The problem was 'cured' within a week.

Four years ago we bought a house near Christie and Bloor that Cristian had totally renovated - taking a dilapidated old semi and transforming it into a four-unit rental property. The house impressed us immediately and we have been renting successfully ever since, with the units appreciated by the tenants and the whole house giving us no problems whatsoever. It was a great job and shows that Cristian and his team can tackle any renovation project with great success.
Very fast and efficient work - and reasonable expense. Will use them for future work at the house and would recommend them highly. Great work.
