After seeing on CBC the carbon monoxide poising in Vancouver recently, I had our gas hot water tank checked. Vinoth and Brandon from the Toronto Dufflaw branch did the audit, and the electrical hot water tank replacement. They were excellent - professional, informative, helpful and great to work with. What impressed us the most was when we asked Boris to arrange for a technician to return, after the installation was complete, to connect a Nest thermostat up to the furnace. It is my pleasure to write a review on our move into our new home with Firemen Movers. From the very beginning, we were very impressed with how Lorne interacted with us. We also were impressed with how Jamie, Andrew, Andrew and Jesse worked when packing and unpacking our home. They hardly stopped for a second and were extremely helpful at all times. For example, they willingly moved some pieces of furniture into different locations to see if they would fit. All in all we had a hassle free move from a company who it was a pleasure to deal with. We have just had our leaking, flat garage roof replaced by Arthur, from the Roof Whisperer. From the very beginning, when he set up the appointment for the quote, until the job was completed, we were highly satisfied and impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, advice, and high standard of workmanship. A previous roofing company, who did our eaves troughs and sidings, unfortunately did not do a professional job, and Arthur kindly, without charge, repaired some of this messy workmanship. The site was left spotlessly clean. It has been a pleasure to do business with him, as he is so personable and charming and an absolute pleasure to work with.
