Ryan and his fellow worker did an excellent job cleaning my windows and skylight, inside and out. Special kudos to Ryan's fellow worker who cut back vines and did the outside work in miserable weather. My only caveat with Clearview is that the crews nearly always arrive later than they say the will: this crew was scheduled for 10-12:00 and arrived at 1:30. Ryan did call, twice, to say they'd be late.

Thank you for the review. I hope the following details will clarify why early or late arrivals are so common for appointments. Please note that it is unfortunately impossible to 100% accurately predict arrival times for several reasons. For example, an actual cleaning could take more or less time than anticipated. In your case, there were vines to trim and the amount of growth changes from year to year and thus there is no way to accurately know how much time to schedule for such a project. Excessive trimming will result in a delay for the next appointment. Some clients also request extra work to be done when we are onsite which again delays the arrival for subsequent jobs. Traffic and weather play a role as well. Sometimes our arrival times are much earlier than expected too all because of reasons beyond our control. I do see that a few calls were made to keep you posted about the delay at your property. Later appointments are always the ones impacted the most. I do hope you understand that we truly always do our best.

Each year I am very satisfied by the Toronto Clearview work. This year I took Brian's recommendation to install gutter guards. The eves were cleaned, minor repairs complete and the installation happened in one afternoon. Rohan communicated all in great detail, shared photos of the work and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Andre, window technician, is a hardworking, dependable individual. He arrived with ladders that included ladder guards and did a wonderful job. Andre was courteous, helpful, and responded to my queries in a professional manner.

Glad you noticed the "ladder guards". These are special pads that protect the eavestroughs / gutters from being scratched or dented by ladders. We also use standoffs to accomplish the same things. Protecting homes is something that we take pride in.

My go-to for window cleaning

Toronto Clear View is my go-to for window cleaning (3 years and counting). We have a 3-storey semi-detached with lots of windows and glass balcony panels. It's too many windows for me to tackle and the balcony panels are much too high for my comfort. Toronto Clear View is prompt, courteous, affordable, & efficient. Another job well done. Eaves trough repair

Part of our eaves trough was pulling away from the house and in need of repair. Since we have had a great experience with Toronto Clear View in the past they were the only ones we reached out to for the job. I like that they have an on-line quote generator so we can immediately get an idea of cost and it is easy to request a job at any time of day. Josiah came out to do the repair and he was great - friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was quickly fixed and cost less than we expected. Great job all around.
