I called Reliance about water leaking from my water-heater. They promptly sent Mario and Gian Carlo to inspect the water-heater. The source of the water-leak was identified and repaired. Mario and Gian Carlo were very courteous and cleaned the area afterwards. Thanks guys and Reliance.

Leroy came to my house to repair a 5 year old LG frig. After multiple visits and calls to LG, he determined that the defective part was no longer available. He suggested I call LG. Luckily I was entitled to new frig from the manufacturer since the part was discontinued. He never charged me for the two extra visits. Thanks Leroy.

I was very pleased with the work that Phantom Screens completed for me this week. Betwwen the salesmen(Marc) and installer (Quentin), the entire experience was excellent. Quentin even serviced the previously installed screens when asked. Thanks everyone.

My appliance insurance company advised me that a repair man from Elite had been selected to inspect and repair my LG dryer.After checking Elite Appliance on Homestars (as I always do)I was apprehensive given their poor past reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by his excellent work and advise. I would use them again.

We called Drainworks to fix a leaky toilet. They arrived within hours. The work was so fast that I only paid the minimal fee. Chris fixed a leaky faucet in another washroom after he offered to review any other plumbing issues I had. He was very professional. I will use them again.
