Gary and Matthew installed a new Air Conditioner in my house a couple of days ago. They were very professional. They installed my new unit in about 5 hours. They answered all my questions about the new unit ... how noisy is it? ... can I put a privacy fence around it? ... why is the outside unit so big? AtlasCare charges a premium buck but delivers premium service. ... Ya get what ya pay for!

I had a new over the range microwave installed by a HomeZilla contractor, Strongman Young, at home in west Toronto this morning. It went very, very well. Strongman (yes, that's really his first name!) showed up on time, was super professional and very helpful. Erica, on the dispatch desk, was also very professional in all my dealings with her. I will use Homezilla in the future.

A very pleasant Atlas Care service technician named Crhis discovered about ten days ago that the cap on my chimney was gone. He 'red-tagged' me (ie. I had to get this repaired in 25 days or Enbridge would cut off my gas). I called A1. Kelly called back in a couple of days. Owen came by my house yesterday and put a new cap on my chimney. Owen called before coming. He was very professional on the phone and then when he arrived. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

My automated garage door has been giving me problems for about a month. This morning I called Automated Door Systems and asked that a technician come by. He, Bob, arrived two hours later and in the span of 30 minutes fixed my door system. He was polite and professional and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The fellow who answered the phone at their office in south/central Etobicoke was also very courteous and helpful.
My wife rented a hot tub from Travellin Tubs for my 60th birthday a week ago. Ryan couldn't have been more professional or helpful. He arrived on time, set up the tub promptly, instructed me on its operation and then removed it when requested. All in all a super experience. One day when I win the Lottery, I'll buy a hot tub from Ryan!
The lights in my bathroom go off intermittently for no reason. Matthew came over and looked at this problem, and a couple of other electrical issues in my home. He couldn't easily find the source of the problem and only charged me a $89 travel fee. I was happy to pay this. I have used Matthew and Hi-Lite Electric in the past. They have been consistently professional with me. I'm hoping to have them replace the fuse box in my home shortly.

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. An AtlasCare service person, Dag Rummeda, came by my home yesterday (Saturday, June 9th) and serviced my gas fireplace. He arrived early because of a cancellation. He was thorough and professional.
