As the other reviews have stated, Jeff is a perfect gentleman but also the best plumber for which one could ask. I would not hesitate to contact him again as I have finally found Jeff whom I will use for my plumbing services from now on.

When I first started contacting flooring companies, it seemed like I was a waste of time as I did not have the big budget/floor space they wanted. Then I found Gurp - he was absolutely incredible and actually cared! Twice, I visited him at his store on the Queensway and he was extremely helpful as we discussed flooring options (I have two dogs and two cats). I was about to choose another company but I felt they did not care about my business so I went back to Gurp and told him that Toronto Flooring Solutions had the job. He came and measured and within two weeks, I had the floor perfectly installed. He came to check on the progress during the installation and just wanted to know that I was happy. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong by choosing this company as I honestly had nothing go awry.

I can tell you that Phil made this an incredibly fantastic decision to have DrainWorks replace my kitchen sink. The old saying, 'everything but the kitchen sink" actually includes the kitchen sink in my house as everything has needed to be replaced. The previous owners did quick fixes for a sale and my home inspector was useless. Phil arrived during the time slot given to me and noticed several irregularities with not only the old sink but the pipe fittings as well. He spent a few hours over two visits explaining everything and really working hard to remove the old sink which seems to have been super glued to the counter. He then installed the new one and put in brand new everything as nothing was to code. Phil is FANTASTIC and a true gentleman who does things the old school way, meaning, the right way. DrainWorks was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to William who kept in touch with me and even offered an appointment sooner than the one first scheduled. Well done!

Simply awesome and incredible! First of all, Dave is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He arrived at my home and did an inspection of the ducts and asked me when I had them done last. I told him about three years ago by a kijiji lister and he told me that I only paid for the cleaning as very little was done. With that, he hooked up his machinery and did his magic. I swear that my home smells so much better tonight as he removed a ton of pet hair, dust and gunk. I HIGHLY recommend Dave's service and know that no customer will ever be disappointed.

Mike arrived at my door to fix a GE washer that would not drain and he was great from the get go. He scared me a bit when he thought it may be the electrical mother board but he tried many different options and then it worked. Mike is very nice and explains everything as he tries to fix the problem. They are a bit expensive but I think most are in the same ball park. At least Mike came as three other companies who advertise that they service Etobicoke would not come because they said that I am too far west in Etobicoke.

Once again, Renato is "the man" as my furnace was making a terrible noise when I woke up this morning so I called him and he was there in 20 minutes. He gave me options and then had the whole problem solved and fixed within two hours of my initial call. I cannot tell you how much I TRUST this man and I would never consider calling anyone but Renato about hvac issues. He is THE BEST!

Renato came to my home several times as my AC no longer works. Last Sunday, he spent close to two hours trying to fix the problem after another company spent 20 minutes and they said all was good. Renato has not charged me 1 cent since he has come to try and fix the problem. He will be coming on Thursday at 4pm to replace my AC as it is toast but he was like a doctor trying EVERYTHING to fix it before declaring it dead. When he says he will be there, he will!
